There she is, Kento thought as he watched the pretty short-haired girl laugh happily when she saw the pretty cherry blossoms blooming in the springtime.

The whole atmosphere was calm and pretty as Kento heard her voice.

"Emi! Aren't these cherry blossoms so pretty?" Y/N asked her friend excitedly.

Emi could only look back as she saw Kento staring at Y/N. Kento could fell himself getting red from embarrassment.

"Look, Y/N! Kento Miyaura's staring at you, I'll leave you alone with your boyfriend," Emi smirked as she ran away.

Y/N then looked curiously at the male before approaching Kento.

"Konnichiwa, Kento-san, how are you?" Y/N smiled politely.

"K-konnichiwa, Y/N-san. I'm doing good, thanks for asking," Kento said, mesmerized by her smile.

"Want to go to 7Eleven? I would love for some ice cream," Y/N asked.

"Sure!" Kento replied excitedly as the two walked to the nearby 7Eleven.

"Konnichiwa!" Y/N smiled at the cashier as she handed the two ice cream bars at the register.

"Konnichiwa, are you two a couple? You guys are so cute," The cashier said politely as both of the blushed.

"W-well, we aren't a couple, but would you like to be one, Y/N? I really like you," Kento said shyly as Y/N smiled.

"Of course, let's give it a try. I like you too, Kento," Y/N said, her cheeks tinted a beautiful pink.

That made the cashier's day.

"Can't you believe it has been almost five years since we last met here?" An older Kento smiled at Y/N as the two came back to the place after the VNL 2023 match.

"I can't, love. I still remember when Emi and the cashier brought us together," Y/N smiled.

"You truly are my world," Kento said cheesily as Y/N blushed.

"Smooth, Kento, smooth," Y/N said as she pulled Kento into a passionate kiss as the two standed in the middle of the sidewalk underneath the beautiful cherry blossoms dancing in the wind.
