after hours of us getting ready, we finally headed to vince's. expensive cars piled in the driveway, and blaring music could be heard from inside. the limo dropped us off, and nikki put a protective arm around my shoulder as we headed inside.

he looked so good tonight, i thought i could take him right there in vince's doorway. he wore a loose black and white tee that buttoned down, showing off his tatted up right arm and side of his chest. he had black jeans, and a pair of cowboy boots. as we entered the foyer, we were greeted by vince and of course, sharise.

        "liv!" she squealed and ran up to me to engulf me in a hug. "i feel like it's been forever you look great!" i pulled away and looked down at my outfit that was a skin tight navy midi dress with sparkly heels. "you do too as always. i know i missed you so much, how is everything?" her blonde hair was teased to the gods, and her bright red dress fit her perfectly.

           "everything's good, vince and i couldn't be happier." i can tell she was hesitant to talk at first, but i can tell she was genuinely happy. i always felt bad for her in a way because i knew how vince use to be with groupies, but that's really over now. we said our goodbyes and headed into the massive living room where drinks were being served all around. no drugs at least.

           "you know it's gonna be hard seeing everyone but us getting plastered tonight." nikki chuckled behind me after coming back from talking to vince. i turned to him and wrapped my arms around his neck. "i know, but hey, we're better than that tonight." i winked and gave him a peck as we made our way to find tommy and heather.

         "heather!" i ran to her in a hug as well and nikki talked to tommy. we talked for what seemed hours, with not only them, but with all the different bands that came along to support the album. ratt, def leppard, skid row, bon jovi, even the guys from guns.

              "alright everyone i'd like to propose a toast!" vince shouted over everyone to get their attention as the music died down. "i'd like to thank my amazing band, especially liv and nikki for writing this amazing album. we all put our hearts into dr. feelgood, and the outcome was more than words could describe. you guys are all like my family, and i'm glad that after everything we all stuck together." vince came up beside me and gave me a peck on the cheek and everyone cheered.

             "to mötley crüe!" he raised his glass high in the air and everyone followed. "to mötley crüe!" after we all gave a toast, the music continued to blare, but this time it was our own songs off the album. the first one to play was without you.

          "may i have this dance?" i heard form behind me and i turned to see nikki hovering over me with his hand out. i giggle and took my small hand in his large one, as he brought me close to his chest.

              "i love you." i smiled and quickly pecked his lips as we stared into each other's eyes, swaying back and forth to the music. "i love you too, babydoll." he smirked down at me and we continued to be engulfed in each others arms in the middle of the living room. i rested my head on his chest, closing my eyes and loving the feeling of him being up against me.

           nothing could be better than this moment. these were my best friends, my family. and i couldn't have been more thankful for the people who ended up being in my life.
