An arrange marriage? What is this? The old century?

That's funny.

And yet, even with how cliche it sounds. I am now standing before my future husband.

My family had an old tradition of marrying their daughters to a noble and wealthy family.

"Tsk, we're wealthy! Why the hell do I have to marry this guy?!" I thought to myself, as this man who was 4 years older of my age, stand there so magnificently. "I'm BoBoiBoy" he introduced, what a ridiculous name that is.

"Y/n" I simply introduced while shaking hands with him. My father gave me a look of 'act politely young lady' and I could only scream internally. Wishing that this day would just end.

I sat there in the living room of my home, listening to my parents talk to this man like they already love him at first sight. While here I was, sitting, wondering when I can go back to my room and mind my own business.

After what felt like forever, my father insisted I became familiar with this 'Boboiboy' such a ludicrous name...

And which is why we're walking now in the garden of my home.

"Miss Y/n, I am not here to make enemies with you. I am simply just following my parents' wishes to be wed with you. You're just as surprised as I am." He spoke as we walked along the garden. "Oh, then why not just cancel this arrangement? We're both just children who are forced to say yes to our parents." I proposed, he only chuckled at my proposition.

"Yes, we both don't want this. And yet we're still going through it. Though, I have my own proposition to discuss with you. So we can ensure this marriage would work, even if we're both against it." He explained, as he looked at me with his brown hazel eyes. He's only 23, yet why does he seem like he knew everything in this world already. "And please, don't address us as 'children'. We're both known to be in our legal ages to be wed" he added. Whatever smarty-pants...

"Alright, whatever. Discuss your proposition" I said, while flailing my hand dismissively. "Once we get married, we'll pretend to be a sickeningly in love couple. But, that'll be just a facade. We can have an open relationship, you can date someone else outside our marriage and I won't hinder with your business. And that works for me as well, I can date someone else and you have no say in it. Do we have a deal?" He took out his hand.

I squinted my eyes and crossed my arms. "wait, this sounds too good to be true" I spoke. "Well, there's still rules if we go on with this proposition. We have to live in the same roof, but no bringing lovers inside our home, we'll sleep in one room, and we'll attend family gatherings together and play it out like we're still a happily married couple" He explained. Well, that's quite convincing.

"Deal" I shook hands with him.

He then smirked and nodded

"Well then, let's make this marriage worth while my dear wife"
