specks of glass landed all over the girl, majority of it going on her face and hands as her arms went up to shield herself.

"y/n!" she heard someone yell out. slowly opening her eyes, she looked at the broken window in front of her, to the swinging hose, to her bleeding hands. a hiss escaped her mouth as someone gently grabbed her face, tilting it to turn their way. "holy shit, you have glass all over your face!"

"it stings." she mumbled, looking at the boy who had worry all over his face.Β

"it's okay, we'll take the glass out yeah? patch it up for you." he explained, smiling at her softly. she nodded, as wu-jin directed her away from the windows, towards their teacher. "aish, that looks bad. we have to pick out the glass-"

"i can help if you'd like, miss park." nam-ra stood beside them. miss park nodded. as everyone tried to figure out why the hose started swinging again, miss park, nam-ra and y/n moved towards the chair.

y/n sat on the table, swinging her legs as she tried to ignore the pain on her face and hands. miss park went towards the shelves, trying to look for something like tweezers the remove the glass carefully, whereas nam-ra stayed with y/n. nam-ra's eyes glanced over y/n's hands, which were twitching as they laid open on her lap.

nam-ra's hands found it's way towards y/n's, as she pouted softly. "ouch, that looks bad." the glass pieces on her hands were large enough for the class president to take it out by hand. "tell me if it hurts too much, okay?"

y/n nodded, letting nam-ra do what she need to. the injured girl simply stared at the black-haired girl in front of her, observing the soft look on her face as she removed the glass shards off of her hands. as she did so, she couldn't help but be in awe of nam-ra. "ne, ne, nam-ra. you're very pretty."

nam-ra froze, looking up to the girl in front of her. y/n smiled at her, despite it hurting since there were glass shards on her cheeks. nam-ra could feel her own face heat up, looking back down onto y/n's hands and continuing to removing the glass. "thank you..."

"okay, i've got some materials to remove the glass and clean the blood." miss park came back to them, holding a few items in her hands. just as miss park placed the stuff down, a loud snarl was heard from the window, causing all three females to turn around to the window.Β

another zombie was hanging out the window, upside down. its arms were trying to reach cheong-san, who previously went to go check on why the hose was moving. it was holding onto the window frame, an arm reached out towards the people inside the room.

"look, it's coming in- watch out!" dae-su yelled, stepping back away from the window like everybody else. "cheong-san, get back here!"

her direction of sight was then changed, as she was now looking at nam-ra, who was smiling softly at her. "let's focus on your wounds, yeah?"

"but the zombie-"

"it's tangled onto the hose, i'm pretty sure the guys will be able to handle it." nam-ra explained, before looking through the stuff that miss park found, grabbing the tweezers and beginning to remove the shards of glass on her face.Β

by now, y/n had no clue on what was happening. they all had somewhat quieted down after she heard su-hyeok yell, then the zombie started snarling and growling again. she then heard dae su say, "we're completely fucked."

so maybe they weren't completely fucked.Β

from what nam-ra said, they managed to throw the zombie out thanks to gyeong-su throwing the computer pc out as well.Β

however, their bigger problem now was that na-yeon arguing with gyeong-su again, saying that he was bitten. by now, y/n just wanted to go inside the recording room and sleep. as much as this whole ordeal excited her, na-yeon trying to argue with gyeong-su was just plain tiring.Β

thankfully it was just a scratch, meaning gyeong-su was completely fine. however, they now had no more internet as the pc was thrown out the window.Β

"ya, na-yeon. say sorry. end this." dae-su told the girl, nudging his hand towards gyeong-su.

"why should i?" na-yeon spoke back.Β

dae-su scoffed. "he did it to save us all."

"im not sorry-"

"oh would you look at that, thank you nam-ra!" y/n hopped off the table, smiling at the girl. the glass shards were now out, and they had cleaned the blood off. they didn't have any band aids though, so they can't really cover it. "i'm going to go sleep now. bye bye."

maybe she should have stayed inside the other room and defend gyeong-su, but na-yeon was really going no where now. gyeong-su was alright now, so why can't she just apologise?

she knows that she was just doing this to survive, but the whole not-saying-sorry thing was really pointless and was just wasting her and everyone's energy.Β

as she entered inside the recording room, she decided to wander around, opening shelves and drawers. as she was sitting down on the chair, about to turn on the microphone button, the door opened. gyeong-su entered the room, an annoyed look on his face.

"hi gyeong-su," she smiled at him. the boy gave her a one-side smile.Β

"i'd really like that zombie-punching offer right now." gyeong-su was now standing in front of her, looking down as she looked up at him.Β

"ooh yay! finally something fun for me to do-"

"i'm joking! sorta. i doubt miss park or wu-jin would let you outside. hell i doubt any of them would." gyeong-su explained, sitting his bottom against the table beside her. "you should get out of here. i need to quarantine myself in case i'm a zombie."

she pouted. she then grabbed his hand, holding it as she had a thinking face on.

"what's she doing?" hyo-ryung asked, as she and everyone else observed the two from the glass window. everyone at the other side of the room were now watching the two, eyes widening as y/n grabbed and held gyeong-su's hand."i thought you liked her wu-jin?"

wu-jin's eyes grew wide, trying to push down the heat going up his neck. "where'd you get that from?!"

"well it's just you always seem to worry about her-"

"i don't like her like that!" he told her. however, as he looked back towards the two students at the other side of the glass, he couldn't help but wish that it was him instead of g-

"why're you so defensive, ye, wu-jin?" joon-yeong commented, smirking slightly.

that's right, wu-jin likes her. i can't go for her. someone thought dejectedly, just continuing to look between the two people in the other room, then back to a flustered wu-jin,

"should we get her out of there?" on-jo asked.

"when'd she even go in there?"Β

"i think it was when-"

"i don't think you're turning into a zombie." y/n shrugged, letting go of his hand. "on-jo said that i-sak was cold before she turned into a zombie right? and hyeon-ju? you're currently warm, hell, too warm. maybe you have a fever now-!"

"i'm fine, y/n!" gyeong-su exclaimed, looking away from her as he knew the reason as to why he was warm. "just go outside with the others! i just have to stay in here for an hour then the room's all yours again."

y/n hummed, pondering over her answer before standing back up. "okay then. bye bye gyeong-su."

as she walked out of the room, she could feel everyone's eyes on her (again lmao). she tilted her head at them. "ne? why're you all looking at me like that?"

"ya, y/n who do you like-"
