Third Person's POV

Within the Kazekage tower were the Yondaime Kazekage and the council, they were having their monthly meeting regarding village matters. In another room which was more like a bedroom, there was a boy with fair skin, green eyes with black rings around it, and short auburn hair with the Kanji 'Ai' (Love) on the left side of his forehead. He is Sabaku no Gaara (Gaara of the Sand) or simply Gaara. He sat on his bed with an expressionless face, he heard children's laughter outside the window and clenched his fists starting to feel bloodlust but calmed down after since he didn't find them worthy to kill but considered killing them one day.

Minutes after, a falcon landed on his windowsill. He stood up and walked to the falcon, sand rose to the falcon's talons making the bird attempt to fly. As it was flapping its wings Gaara noticed a letter attached to its free talon, the sand dissolved and the falcon flew away but came back. Gaara detached the letter on its talon and sat at his bed, he observed the letter for a while and furrowed his brows
"He's trying to kill me.. again!" he said as he threw the paper outside the window, the falcon quickly flew after the paper and caught it with its beak then flew back to Gaara's windowsill. The falcon stood still, Gaara gritted his teeth and snatched the letter to throw it out again only for the falcon to take it back and return to Gaara. This went on and Gaara had enough, he rose sand to the falcon only for it to fly out. He sighed thinking it flew away and turned only for the falcon to return, he sighed again believing that the bird was persistent so he took the letter and sat at his bed. 'It might ask me to meet somewhere so they could kill me, I know your tricks father!' he thought as he opened the letter.

He only stared at the letter after reading it, then a tear trickled down his cheek followed by another. He started crying silently,
"He's like me.." he said, he didn't expect this reaction. Usually he feels bloodlust when he knows of a person stronger than him or is similar to him and would kill them for his existence. But that wasn't what he felt after reading the letter, he felt glad that someone understood him and was surprised that there were other people like him. He wiped his tears and took a paper and brush and ink. He sat at his table and started writing a response

Dear Uzumaki Naruto,

I am Sabaku no Gaara or simply Gaara. I hold the Ichibi no Shukaku. I'm 12 and a Genin of Suna. I'm quite glad to know of your existence and am honestly surprised that there are others like me. I have auburn hair and green eyes with the Kanji 'Ai' on my forehead. I look forward to the day we meet Uzumaki Naruto.

Gaara

Gaara read through the letter a few times to be sure if this was okay or if he needed to say more but he decided to go with it. He tied the reply to the falcon's talon and it flew away. A knock came to the door and opened revealing a girl with teal eyes and sandy blonde hair gathered into four consecutive ponytails and a boy who wore a bunraku puppeteers outfit wearing all black and a hood with cat ears and had a kind of face-paint design.
"Gaara, we have a meeting with Baki later" Temari said, Gaara furrowed his brows releasing killing intent since he was slightly annoyed about their sudden coming
"About what?" Temari and Kankuro sweat dropped and a chill came to their spine, Kankuro gulped trying to regain his composure
"It's regarding our infiltration to Konoha in time of the Chunin exams" Gaara kept Naruto's letter to one of his drawers and went out as Temari and Kankuro followed behind.

In a peaceful village near Iwa, a man with red hair, moustache, and a beard which tapered off to a point. This man was Roshi. He was chopping wood outside his home (I'm assuming it's his home but meh) as a falcon landed on the pile of chopped wood. He noticed the bird and thought it was hungry so he took some bird feed and gave it to the falcon. The falcon finished eating but didn't leave, that's when he noticed that there was a letter on its talon. He took the letter and sat in the pile of wood to read through it.

"Uzumaki Naruto huh.." he said, he stood up and dusted off the dust on his clothes. He brought out a paper and a brush with ink and used the pile of wood as his table.

Dear Uzumaki Naruto,

I am Roshi and I have the Yonbi or the Sen'en no O (King of the Sage Monkeys). Currently 42, a shinobi of Iwa. Pretty brave of you to reach out to us Jinchūrikis, I have red hair wearing a three pointed crown-like ridge with a piece of armour across the bridge of my nose. Looking forward to the day we gather kid.

Roshi

As he finished the falcon looked at the letter then at Roshi, Roshi laughed
"This kid is pretty interesting" he said as he tied his letter to the falcons talon and it flew away. He watched the bird fly away and realization hit him.
"If he's doing this to all Jinchūriki then Han might get a letter too" he said as he continued chopping wood. That's when a very tall man with light brown eyes and is eyebrowless who wore an armour extending to the bottom half of his face approached Roshi
"Hey Han! I was wondering if you got a letter too" Roshi said, he just noticed a falcon at Han's shoulder as Han held out a letter
"You should read it" Roshi said pointing to the meter in Han's hand
"I did" Han simply replied, he then pointed to the paper and brush with ink on the pile of wood
"I'll borrow that" he said, Roshi looked what Han was pointing at and nodded
"Sure, go ahead" Han then started writing his reply

Dear Uzumaki Naruto,

I am Han, I have the Gobi. 29 years old, a shinobi of Iwa. I wear red armour and you can only see my eyes. I look forward to meeting you.

Han

Roshi and the falcon stared at Han's response then at Han
"What?" Han asked
"That's it?" Roshi asked, Han nodded
"I don't know what else to say, this should do" he said as he tied the letter to the falcons talon and let it fly away
"Uzumaki Naruto's pretty interesting right?" Roshi said as he put his hands at his waist watching the falcon
"Yeah" Han said as he nodded in agreement.

A petite, androgynous, tan-skinned kunoichi with layered mint green hair and orange eyes was walking around Takigakure. This was Fuu. She looked at her reflection in the water and smiled, just when she felt glares from other people. She sighed as she walked back home.

Before she entered her house a falcon approached her and landed on her doorstep, she smiled as she opened the door and let the falcon in. She walked to the sink to wash her hands, as she finished she turned to see the falcon on the table looking at her
"I don't have bird food though.." she said as she sweat dropped, she then noticed a letter attached to its talon. She took the letter and read it.

After she read it her eyes were sparkling which made the falcon sweat drop
"A new friend!" she exclaimed as she hugged the falcon and twirled.
"I gotta reply!" she said as she directly took a paper and a brush and ink and went to writing

Dear Uzumaki Naruto,

I'm Fuu! I have the Nanabi or Rakkī Sebun Chomei !(Lucky Seven Chomei). I'm 12 years old and a Genin of Taki. I hope we meet real soon because I believe we can be great friends! I have mint colored hair and orange eyes and I wear white! I can't wait to meet the others. See you soon!

She finished writing and tied the letter to the falcons talon and let it fly.
"I'll see you soon! Uzumaki Naruto!" she shouted.

A girl who has long, straight, blonde hair bound with taut bandages, dark eyes and wore red lipstick was chilling in her room. This was Yugito. A falcon approached her windowsill and rested on it. She went to the falcon and saw the letter on its talon. She took the letter and read it.

She smiled upon reading the letter, then the door burst open revealing a man with dark skin and a muscular build as well as blonde hair and a goatee, with a tattoo in his right shoulder of 'Tetsu' (Iron) and wore oval-shaped sunglasses
"Ey, yo, Yugito how are you doing?
I'm feeling pretty well with my usual training.
How about we go and have a little spar,
To prepare for the time we go to war?" Killer Bee rapped, Yugito sighed at her fellow Jinchūrikis habit of rapping
"I'm fine. But did you get one too? A letter?" she asked holding up the letter from Naruto, Bee looked confused for a second but understood
"Oh right, I received a letter too
It was pretty suspicious but he talked about the crew
Every Jinchūriki must've received a letter
And it seemes to be for the better, yeah!" Bee finished with the rock 'n roll sign. Yugito only sighed as she sweat dropped
"We should reply, we don't know when he might come to take us" Yugito said as she took a paper and brush and ink for the both of them.

This is Nii Yugito, I hold the Nibi or the Hono no Kaibyo (Blazing Monster Cat). I am 27 years old and a Jonin of Kumo. Bee and I will be waiting for the day you come, I have blonde hair and dark eyes. See you soon.

I float like a butterfly and sting like a bee
They call me Hachibi-sama or Kumo's Killer Bee

I'm 33 years old

Yugito looked at Bee's letter and sweat dropped. She tied the letter to the falcons talon and didn't realize that the falcon that sent the letter to Bee was with them the whole time. They both let the falcons fly away and Yugito smiled
"Okay, let's spar Bee!"
"Bakayaro, konoyaro!"

Around Kirigakure, a tall thin young man with pale golden eyes and brown hair that reaches to his shoulders which also covers the left side of his face was resting from his training, just when a falcon landed on a nearby rock. The man was Utakata. Utakata took the letter and read it. (By the way, he isn't a rogue ninja yet soo yeah)

He showed a shocked expression, surprised that there were others like him but smiled as this was the first Jinchūriki that sent him a letter, he decided to go home to reply.

Dear Uzumaki Naruto,

I am Utakata, the Jinchūriki of the Rokubi. I am 24 years old, a shinobi of Kiri. I'm surprised to know that there are more people like me and I'm happy that you reached out to me. I have brown hair and golden eyes. I hope to see you soon.

He then tied the letter to the falcons talon and let it fly away.

At the Mizukage's tower, the Yondaime Mizukage, Karatachi Yagura has short, messy grey hair that fell on the right side of his face and spiked on the left, pupilless pink eyes and a stitch-like scar running down fron under his left eye to all the way down to his cheek. After doing a few paperwork, he decided to take a break so he stood up from his seat and walked to the window. A falcon appeared which startled him, he was confused at first and let the falcon in, as it flew inside it rested on his table. He saw the letter on its talon, he cautiously took it and opened it expecting a threat but it wasn't what he expected.

He smiled knowing that another Jinchūriki wrote a letter to him, he then thought 'Maybe he can help me' he then started to making the response

Dear Uzumaki Naruto,

I am Karatachi Yagura, I hold the Sanbi or the Kyodaigame (Giant Turtle). I am 18 years old and I am the Yondaime Mizukage of Kiri. I have grey hair and pink eyes with a stitch mark on my left cheek. I'm happy to know that you're a Jinchūriki and I have this request, I am controlled by a man who claims to be Uchiha Madara and he is part of the organization called the Akatsuki. Sometimes I have complete control of myself which is my current state and he won't know about this letter. Please help me, free me from his control, I'll be waiting.

Karatachi Yagura

He hid Naruto's letter somewhere in the room and quickly tied the letter to the falcon and let it fly away
"I'll be waiting Naruto!"

~Back in Konoha~

Naruto was currently training at a training ground. Ever since the Land of Waves mission Kurama has been giving him intense training. After giving the dummy a kick he panted
"Kurama.. time out!" he said

"30 minutes" Kurama said as Naruto lied down on the ground. He inhaled and exhaled
"Tired.."

"Get used to it"

Then all of a sudden 8 falcons flew to Naruto's side. He looks at them curiously then remembers that these were his falcons

"Weren't there 9 of them?" Kurama asked,
"There were but I let one of them be a guard to my house" Naruto said as he unsealed raw fish and let the falcons eat. He went to a nearby tree and sat at the trunk, the falcons followed and Naruto took the letter from each of them.
"I hope it's not my letter" Naruto said as he pouted, he opens the letter a little bit to take a peek then he closed it.
"It's a reply!" he beamed, he then started reading through the letters.

"Gaara.. Ichibi Shukaku.. he's also a Genin!" Naruto exclaimed

"Yonbi huh.. he's 42 years old? Old man Roshi" Naruto said somewhat surprised

".. Han.. doesn't talk much huh.." Naruto said as he sweat dropped

"Fuu.. orange eyes.." he said. He was silent for a while as he stared at Fū's letter, Kurama smirked

"You interested?" Naruto came back from space and shook his head as his cheeks turned pinkish
"It's not like that! We're gonna be great friends! Friends!" Naruto argued, Kurama only gave a weird expression

"You were clearly intrigued with her orange eyes"

"That's because orange is my favorite color, ya know!" Kurama just smirked as Naruto pouted
"Let's continue reading!!" then he went to the next letter

"Yugito is a Jonin huh.. Bee?" he then looked at the next letter and understood that they knew each other

"Uh.. this is cool.." he sweat dropped at Bee's letter

"Utakata.." he muttered as he nodded

"Yagura.. Mizukage?! And he's only 18.." then there was the part of Yagura's request
"Uchiha Madara? Who's that?" Kurama huffed upon Madara's name which Naruto noticed
"You know him Kurama?" he asked

"Yeah... and I hate him"

~After telling Naruto his history with Madara~

"Eh? Shouldn't he be dead by now?" Naruto asked

"I don't know how he's still alive" Kurama said as he crossed his arms
"Oh.. what about the Akatsuki?"

"..."

"Don't know them" Naruto slumped from Kurama's response
"Why..?"

"This is the first time I've heard of them" Naruto just nodded. He then held his chin and closed his eyes
"Akatsuki sounds like bad news. We'll have to keep them in mind" he said as Kurama nodded in agreement.

Naruto then stretched and stood up
"Let's get back to training then!" he shouted as he ran to the dummy
"Gaara has green eyes with 'Ai' on his forehead! Yugito has blonde hair and dark eyes! Yagura has a stitch on his cheek with pink eyes! Roshi old man is red! Han old man is pure armour with his eyes visible!" he chanted as he delivered a punch and kick to the dummy,
"Utakata has golden eyes and brown hair! Fuu has mint hair and orange.. orange.." he continues to punch but stopped upon mentioning Fuu's orange eyes
"Orange eyes!" he finally punched the dummy
"Bee old man wears sunglasses and raps!" he said jumping and kicking the dummy knocking it a few meters away. Kurama raised a brow at his host

"What are you doing?"

"Every attack I deliver I should shout out their name and traits, that way I can remember!" Naruto answered as he grinned, Kurama only chuckled at his host.

"You better get serious, you know what time of the year it is" Kurama said as he smirked, Naruto stopped his punch for a moment and smirked
"Yeah.." he then delivered a strong punch destroying the dummy
"It's the Chunin Exams! Hopefully Kakashi-sensei is gonna let us enter!"

"Kit the dummy" Kurama pointed out, Naruto widened his eyes and stared at the dummy in bits and yelled as he held his head
"OH NO! I have to replace this!"

Eyyy, done with chapter 11!! Didn't expect to publish this but yeah. Lel, I spent most of my time pondering about Bee's dialogue, HAHAHAHAHHA.  I'm gonna be watching the Chunin exams arc a bit, to remember what really happened HAHAHAHHAHA. Also also also!
