Third Person's POV

The moon has risen and the streets start to lighten up to counter the darkness of the night. A brunette walked along the street, eyes focused on the road ahead and not giving a care about the others. He'd dodge drunkards and step to the side to avoid people that will pass by him. They didn't seem to care though. He finally reached his destination and made his way up the building, he descreetly walked along the roof and made it to a window. He opened it and entered quickly shutting the curtains and locking the door, he sighed in relief as he made a hand sign and returned to his normal self, his brown hair to blonde and black eyes to blue, his height inches shorter and his clothes returning back to the orange jumpsuit that made him stand out. With a look of determination, he cleaned up the place and started packing.

He gathered the trash in a bag and threw it, sweeped and mopped the floor, did a few laundry and dusting and kept everything in place. He went to his wardrobe and got all of his scrolls, belongings, and weapons, sealing them in their respective scrolls. He took his usual backpack and stuffed what he needed in there, the scrolls and his trusty wallet Gama-chan.

Taking a break for a few minutes, he rechecked everything so he can be sure that he left nothing important. He strapped the bag to his shoulder and scanned the apartment once more until his eyes landed on a picture frame that rested on top of his bedside table. It was the picture of Team 7, he looked at it for a few minutes then turned to the window, he went out and shut it close as he gave a tap to the window frame.
"I'm gonna miss you" he said with a smile. He then returned to his serious face as he masked his chakra and made his way to Konoha's main entrance.

Kotetsu and Izumo were dozing off, so he took advantage of this situation. He threw a rock behind the guardhouse, waking both Shinobi. They looked at each other confused and one went to check it out, Naruto threw another rock the other way forcing the one left behind to leave his post and check the source of the sound. Naruto quickly exited the village and was now a few meters away. He stopped a bit to take a breath, preparing himself for whatever will come at him on his journey.
"Alright, let's go get the others!" he declared to himself as he tightened his forehead protector and ran to the direction of his next destination.

Recalling back to the few times he took a break at his apartment, the plan he thought of replayed in his head.

~Flashback~

Naruto pulled out a map and set it at his table, he held his chin as he thought hard and long. Kurama looked over his host curious about what he was doing.

"What are you doing?" he asked.
"I'm thinking of a route..." Naruto replied as he took out a pencil and started scribbling on the map.
"Gaara is in Suna, aunty Yugito and Octopops are in Kumo, Utakata and Yagura are in Kiri, Fuu is in Taki, and old man Roshi and old man Han are in Iwa" Naruto enumerated as he wrote numbers on each village. He leaned back as he crossed his arms thinking where he should go first. Humming as he rocked back and forth, Kurama rested his head on his paw waiting for his Jinchūriki to say something. After a few minutes, Naruto's eyes shot open and focused on the map again.
"I got it!" he cheered as he drew in the map.
"First, I'll go to Sunagakure since I already know Gaara. Then we'll go to Iwagakure to find old man Roshi and old man Han. Then to Takigakure to get Fuu, travel to Kumogakure for Octopops and aunty Yugito, then last but not the least Utakata and Yagura in Kirigakure" Naruto said as he finished tracing a route on the map. He held it up as he praised himself.

"Then?"

"Then? What do you mean?"

"Where will you go after? Assuming that their villages are doing the same thing and considering that the Akatsuki are after you, where will you go?" Kurama asked, Naruto thought for a bit then grinned.
"I'll think of something eventually!" he said as Kurama sweat dropped.

"Are you sure?" he asked in doubt as Naruto nodded.
"Yeah! So leave everything to me!" he said confidently as Kurama sighed, 'I can't help but worry' he thought.

~Present time~

Naruto looked around confirming the directions to assure himself that he's going the right way.
"North, south, east, west. South, west... southwest" he confirmed as he pointed to a direction he believed is southwest.
"Alright! Wait for me everyone! Uzumaki Naruto is coming, ya know!" he said as he started running his way to Sunagakure.

A day and a half has passed and Naruto is running for his life. It surprised him when he suddenly sensed the chakra signatures of Konoha ANBU approaching while he was confirming his route again. He had been trying to shake them off but they seem to be experienced in tailing and chasing targets. He only clicked his tongue as he threw multiple smoke bombs that detonated purple smoke, he used that chance to use Kage Bunshin and made 50 exact copies of him. When the smoke dissipated the ANBUs gasped when they saw how many Naruto's there were.
"Hah! Figure out which is the real me!" the Naruto's mocked in unison as they stuck their tongue out then each Naruto went to all directions. The real one snickered quietly as he continued his way to Sunagakure, the ANBU were confused and they had no choice but to go after each of the clones which gave the real one a chance to reach his first destination at ease for a while.

A few hours later, Naruto found the desert. His grin widened as he finally made his first step into the Land of Wind. He cheered by himself, jumping around and shouting quietly. Kurama bonked him in the head telling him to shut up while the blonde pouted and opened his map once more to confirm his direction. After confirming his way, he kept the map and ran to the direction of Sunagakure. Along the way, he would encounter the wild animals that roam around the desert dodging them. It was a battle to decide who would be dinner for tonight. Naturally, Naruto won and had dinner for himself at the same time keeping them in scrolls to have more food in his travel.

Days later when night came, he finally arrived. He could see what he assumes to be the village entrance in the distance. Squinting his eyes to see better through the sandstorm, he spotted the Shinobi outside of the entrance.
"Yup. Suna Shinobi" he muttered as he sat down cross-legged and thought. 'If I show up, they would question me. Especially since I'm from another village. And a Shinobi' he thought. He started to lie down on the sand and twisted and turned as he thought of how he should get inside. That's when a lightbulb appeared.
"Okay. To the back!" he announced as he made a run for the back of the village.

He found a way inside and went to an area where he could see the whole village. Using a sensory jutsu, he was able to pinpoint Gaara's location and immediately made his way, sneaking pass the Shinobis guarding the place and entering the innermost part of the building he found the center. The walls were high and there was no roof sheltering the grounds inside, at the other end of the room is a cage, bars at the same height with the walls and inside is the Ichibi Jinchūriki sitting on a blanket cross-legged with his eyes closed. Naruto sighed in relief seeing that his friend is in no danger so he casually walked towards the cage as a smile formed on his face. Stopping before the gate he raised an arm,
"Yo, Gaara! It's been a while!" he greeted. Gaara's eyes shot open when he heard the blonde's voice and instantly stood up, one leg chained to a heavy metal ball .
"Naruto? What are you doing here?" he asked astonished.

"What are you doing here?!" Shukaku asked as he growled at Kurama.

"Hm. I didn't want to see you either" Kurama huffed as Shukaku grew red.

"You stupid fox!"

"Says the tanuki who's still chained"

The two Bijū bickered while Naruto only snickered as he put his hands on his hips.
"I'm here to get you out!" he said as he stepped close to the bars and grabbed hold of it.
"A lot of stuff happened back at the village, ya know... but I'll explain to you along the way" he said as Gaara raised a brow,
"Along the way?" he repeated.
"Yup! We're getting out of here and will get the others!" Naruto said as he took out a kunai, channeling his chakra to it and swiped at the bars.

Gaara stepped aside as Naruto kicked some of the bars and went inside walking towards the chain on Gaara's leg. He knelt down and used his chakra filled kunai to break the chains.
"Gaara, why did they put you in here?" Naruto asked as he removed the chain on Gaara's leg,
"I don't know. They only took me here and said this was for the best. To keep the village safe" Gaara said as Naruto stood straight with a serious face.
"I see. So it's the same with you, huh? Every village might be doing the same thing" Naruto said in a low voice.
"What do you mean?" Gaara asked as the two walked out of the cage.
"Back at my village, when I came back with Sasuke, I was taken to the dungeon by ANBU. Said it was for the safety of Konoha's greatest weapon and all. Since you were also put in a cage, the chance that the other Jinchūriki are in the same situation is high" Naruto explained as the two stopped at the middle of the area while the moon lit their way, the two gazed upon its raidiance for a moment.

"Naruto, what exactly is going on?" Gaara asked as he looked at the blonde. Said blonde only sighed as he looked at the redhead.
"I'll tell you along the way. We need to get out of here first" Naruto said as he made a run for the wall.
"Wait" Gaara said as Naruto stopped midway and turned to look at Gaara.
"What is it?" he asked,
"I need my gourd" was all Gaara said. The two masked their chakra as they searched around the area, Gaara found a secret trapdoor in the corner of the room and found his trusty gourd. He strapped it to himself and the two went out through the top of the building.

Before leaving Sunagakure, Gaara gave it one last look. He hated the village and everyone in it but after meeting Naruto he was starting to progress his way in converting that hate to love.
"Your siblings Temari and Kankuro, do you want to say goodbye to them?" Naruto asked as Gaara turned to leave.
"No need. I already gave them my farewell before I was in a cage. They didn't want me to contact anyone" Gaara answered.
"I see" Naruto said as the two ran to their next destination.
"Gaara and Shukaku are in the team! Next stop, Iwagakure!" Naruto announced. As they traveled, Naruto told Gaara about the Akatsuki and their goal of catching every Jinchūriki, with this as the reason for why their villages decide to hide them from the world. A thick gush of wind from the sandstorm passed them when the two sensed chakra signatures after them.
"Who're these guys?" Naruto asked,
"Suna ANBU. They must have found out I'm gone" Gaara said as the two picked up the pace and their pursuers did the same.

Despite the strong sandstorm that filled the Land of Wind, the Suna ANBU won't give in to the storm. Both Jinchūriki need to get away from them, Gaara gestured a patch of sand big enough for the both of them in front of him and jumped to ride.
"Naruto!" he called, Naruto immediately understood and hopped on the patch of sand. As they continued forward, Naruto looked back to see the ANBU still hot on their tail and only clicked his tongue at the sight. He faced forward and spotted an area with large rocks, he told Gaara to go there so they can take a break and think of a plan at the same time. Gaara only nodded as he brought them to one of the rocks. They hid behind one of the pillar looking rocks, Naruto peeked at the ANBU and saw them talking to each other. He only sighed as he went back to hiding.
"We need to get them out of our backs. We can't have them follow us all the way to Iwagakure" Naruto said as held his chin thinking. Gaara took a glance at the ANBU and looked back at Naruto.
"I can part the sand they're standing on and make them fall into a pit. And burry them afterwards" Gaara suggested nonchalantly as Naruto stared at him with wide eyes. In the mindscape, Shukaku let out a loud cheer as he smiled.

"Yes! Kill them all!" he yelled as both Gaara and Naruto sweat drop at him. Kurama growled as he glared at the Ichibi.

"Shut your trap you stupid tanuki!" he said as Shukaku turned red and started throwing insults at the large fox who only ignored him.
"Uh... no, we're not killing anyone" Naruto said as he sweat dropped trying to block out the noise in their mindscapes. Naruto crossed his arms as he thought, then an idea came to mind which Gaara noticed.
"Alright! So here's what I thought!"

The Suna ANBU were on high alert, they know that they're target is in the area and they must take him back at all costs. They were about to execute their plan when a kunai was aimed at one of them, the ANBU moved aside avoiding the kunai and all their attention were directed to the blonde meters away from them. He was crossing his arms, smiling from ear to ear.
"Yo!" he greeted. The ANBU got into their positions and one of them eyed tbe blonde, specifically his forehead protector.
"Konoha Shinobi. We mean you no harm. Hand over Gaara-sama and we can avoid a pointless fight" one of the ANBU said, still in their fighting position. Naruto tapped his chin as he looked above.
"Hm... let me think... nope!" Naruto answered when an ANBU appeared behind him, Naruto ducked and raised his right leg to hit the ANBU's chin. He jumped away and fought with the ANBUs for a bit, talking to them at the same time.
"Why must you take him back anyway?" Naruto asked as he parried a swipe of a kunai. The ANBU answered that they must take him back and Naruto only continued to ask as they kept on fighting.
"Just because Gaara's the Ichibi's Jinchūriki doesn't mean you have to put him in a cage!" Naruto argued.
"That wasn't for us to decide" the ANBU answered as he aimed to land a kick but missed his shot. Naruto stepped back and took out a few shuriken, he threw it and the ANBUs countered the shuriken with their kunai reflecting it back to Naruto, who only jumped to the side and ran forward with a kunai on hand to get close to the ANBUs.
"There's no way you're getting Gaara!" Naruto insisted as their kunais clanged, another ANBU tried to get Naruto from behind but Naruto was able to counter their attack.

"We need him as our Kazekage!" one blurted out which forced everyone to stop fighting and look at the ANBU that revealed that top secret information. Two Suna ANBUs hit that one ANBU in the head while Naruto stared at them, his mouth agape.
"KAZEKAGE?" he repeated as he looked behind him to see Gaara by the rock pillars, sighing. Naruto pointed an accusing finger at him,
"You got some explaining to do young man!" he said as Gaara only looked the other way. One of the ANBU tried to take advantage of the situation but Naruto caught on and jumped away, every ANBU lined up and did some handsigns.
"Futon: Daitoppa!" they attacked. Naruto himself did a few handsigns and placed his hands on the ground.
"Doton: Doryuheki (Earth Style: Earth Wall)" Naruto muttered as a thick wall of mud raised from the ground, blocking the wind attack of the Suna ANBU. One of the ANBU broke through the wall seeing no one. They looked to their left to see Naruto and Gaara on a patch of sand, floating away. One of them clicked their tongue as they ran after the Jinchūriki. What they didn't know was that they were clones.

The real Naruto and Gaara stayed hidden all along, watching their clones do their thing. They walked out of their hiding place and watched the little figures of the Suna ANBU and their clones slowly disappear as they go further.
"They're heading west. And we're going north" Naruto said as Gaara nodded then the two proceeded to run at a normal pace towards Iwagakure. Naruto interrogated about Gaara being Kazekage along the way.

Time has passed and they entered the Land of Earth. They took a break by a river to rest from their travel, Naruto looked at his map again as he thought of where they're supposed to go.
"What's wrong?" Gaara asked as Naruto breathed out.
"You see, I just realized that in my letters, we only mention our appearance. Not where we live, ya know" Naruto said as he folded his map and kept it.
"They might be in the village trapped somewhere. We'll have to wait for nightfall to get in without worry" Naruto added. Suddenly, a kunai with an explosive tag attached to it landed near them. Naruto and Gaara were able to get away before it detonated, the blonde used a sensory jutsu to sense any enemies but only detected a chakra similar to his.
"This chakra, Gaara are you sensing this?" Naruto asked.
"Yeah" Gaara answered as he looked behind Naruto, making the blonde look behind him.

Out came a man with red hair and facial hair, he was scathed, an obvious evidence that he came from a fight. He stopped in his tracks as he looked at both Jinchūrikis before him. His eyes narrowed at the two,
"You..." he started as he eyed the two. Gaara narrowed his own eyes as he prepared to use his sand to fight. The two had a staring contest, waiting for one or the other to make a move. That's when Naruto shouted, forcing the two redheads to turn their attention to him.
"Hold on hold on! If I remember correctly..." Naruto said as he fumbled over his brain cells to remember.
"Red hair and a piece of armour on the nose... I got it! You're old man Roshi!" Naruto claimed as he pointed a finger at the man. There was a momentary silence between the three when the man squinted his eyes at Naruto.
"Blonde hair and whiskers... Uzumaki Naruto, right?" he asked as Naruto nodded.
"Yeah yeah! That's me!" Naruto said as the man smiled walking towards the two, his hostility long gone.
"It's great to finally meet you" Roshi said as he and Naruto shook hands.
"Yeah! Me too!" Naruto replied with a grin. He then introduced Gaara and Roshi, he shared a chakra-filled fist with Roshi then they found themselves in their mindscapes. The Yonbi, Son Goku, has similar features to a monkey with red fur and was chained to a few pillars. Son Goku looked up to see Shukaku, a chain on his neck, and Kurama who's completely free.

"It's been a while Shukaku, Kurama. It's rare to see you two together" Son Goku greeted with a smirk as Shukaku huffed.

"Hmph! I don't want to be with this fool but I have no choice!" Shukaku complained as Kurama rolled his eyes.

"For once, I agree with the loud tanuki" Kurama said as both Bijū share a mutual glare. Son Goku laughed at the two, finding it amusing that they never changed until he noticed something.

"Oi Kurama, how come you're not chained?" he asked. Kurama confidently smiled as he crossed his arms.

"I've got a reliable Jinchūriki you see" he said cockily as Shukaku growled.

"Show off!"

"How lucky. I wanna be free too" Son Goku said as he struggled in his chains. Their hosts only shared a small smile as they listened to their Bijūs interact.
"They get along well!" Naruto pointed out as both redheads nodded in agreement.

The three came back to reality and gathered by the riverside.
"Old man Roshi, do you know old man Han?" Naruto asked as Roshi washed his face by the water.
"I know him. We were actually together until we got separated" Roshi explained,
"By who?" Gaara asked.
"Iwa ANBU" he answered casually. Gaara kneeled down and scooped some water, letting it drip from his hand.
"It's like a pattern. Were they trying to confine you in the village?" Gaara asked as he looked at Roshi, who only wiped his face with a towel he had.
"Yes. They wanted to get Han and I" he replied. Naruto put his hands behind his head as he closed his eyes.
"We can expect to encounter ANBU as we try to get the others. Some may be trapped and some might have escaped. We have to save everyone!" Naruto said as he held a fist.
"So, where's old man Han?" he asked as Roshi stood up keeping his towel in his pouch.
"He should be around here somewhere..." he said unsure of himself when a loud explosion was heard, the three Jinchūriki saw smoke nearby, most likely the source of the explosion.
"That must be Han" Roshi assumed, the three share a nod and ran to where the smoke is.

As they were nearing the area, their surroundings were engulfed in steam slightly blocking their senses. They stopped by a branch as they saw Iwa ANBU battling a very tall man covered in armour. Naruto squinted his eyes as he tried to see better.
"That's Han" Roshi pointed out. An Iwa ANBU was landing a kick on Han but their leg was in Han's grip, he tossed his opponent towards the rest of the ANBU sending them feets away from the large man. When the fight ended, Han only exhaled and the three Jinchūriki jumped down in front of Han. For a moment, he thought they were enemies but he recognized the old redhead and lowered his guard.
"Roshi" he said as he eyed the other two behind his comrade.
"No need to be so stiff Han. Look who I've got here" he said as he gestured to Naruto, who only gave his trademark grin.
"I'm Uzumaki Naruto! Jinchūriki of the Kyūbi, Kurama. Nice to meet ya, old man Han!" he introduced himself. Han only approached the blonde and held out a hand,
"I'm Han" he said, Naruto sweat dropped at the lack of response but took his hand anyway. He then held out his fist, Han only stared at it confused for a moment when Roshi told him what to do. Han complied and all four Jinchūrikis found themselves in their mindscape. Both Naruto and Gaara introduced Kurama and Shukaku to Han and he introduced his Bijū Kokuo to them. Kokuo has the body of a horse with a dolphin's head and 4 horns. She looked up to see faces she hasn't seen in years.

"It's been far too long Son Goku, Shukaku, Kurama" she said greeting each Bijū.

"Same to you" Kurama said nodding.

"It's been a while" Shukaku said.

"Our Jinchūrikis may be from the same village but we didn't meet until now so nice to meet you again" Son Goku said.

The four went back to reality after their introductions with their Bijū. They took a walk to the river they were at a few minutes ago and Han washed his hands there, behind him were the other three, Gaara and Roshi were talking while Naruto was cross-legged on the ground with his map. Naruto crossed out Iwagakure with a satisfied look on his face,
"Alright! Up next is Takigakure" he announced then stood up.
"Which way is Iwagakure again?" Naruto asked turning to his Jinchūriki companions.
"It's north from here" Roshi answered as he pointed north. Naruto then pointed directions, confirming which way is the right way.
"So this is southeast. Okay! Let's depart!" he said as he started walking but then stopped and turned to his comrades.
"Actually, old man Roshi and old man Han. I need you guys to do something first!" Naruto said as both men in question looked at each other then at Naruto. The blonde told the two old men to make clones who emitted strong chakra, in order to lead the ANBU the other way. With the clones sent the opposite direction the Jinchūriki's set foot to Takigakure.

It was already night when they arrived at the borders of Takigakure. Naruto lead the party, his eyes darting around the place while his three other companions followed.
"Are you sure we're going the right way?" Roshi asked,
"Yep! I've been to Takigakure on a mission before so I know the way" Naruto answered. They followed the path a little more and they were able to reach their destination, Naruto smiled widely as he ran to the water.
"Here we are! The entrance to Takigakure" he said reveling the beauty of the waterfall with the moonlight's glow. He then turned to his comrades.
"Alright, now we need a plan—" he started but stopped himself when they all sensed a chakra similar to theirs. They then prepared themselves in a fighting stance, prepared to fight. The chakra is getting closer and closer, Naruto could feel a drop of sweat going down the side of his face.

A figure flew out of the top of the waterfall, landing on one of the rocks sticking out of the water falling. She panted as she tried to catch her breath.
"I think I lost them..." she muttered to herself. She then realized she wasn't alone. Her head turned to the four Shinobi below who somehow had chakra similar to hers. She reached for her kunai when her eyes landed on a certain blonde who was also staring at her. They both shared eye contact for a few moments, mesmerized. A sudden realization made it to Naruto's head.
"Orange eyes... mint colored hair..." he muttered,
"Fuu. You're Fuu right?" he called out as Fuu snapped out of her trance, a confused look forming.
"I-It's me Uzumaki Naruto! The Kyūbi's Jinchūriki" he introduced himself. Fuu thought for a while then remembered of the blonde boy she wanted to meet.
"Uzumaki Naruto... Uzumaki Naruto—!" she repeated with her excitement building up by the second, stepping forward and slipping from the rock she stood on.

Instincts kicked in and Naruto moved to catch her but she landed safely on the water. Naruto landed in front of her as he thought, 'Hah, what was I thinking. She's a kunoichi' with that thought Kurama was smirking widely.
"Are you okay?" he asked as Fuu fixed herself and laughed bashfully, a bit embarrassed of the fall.
"I'm alright" she said. Naruto chuckled nervously and walked to his companions with Fuu following behind.
"Alright! This is Fuu, the Jinchūriki of the Nanabi" Naruto introduced as Fuu bowed.
"I'm Fuu! It's nice to meet ya!" she greeted cheerily. The others then introduced themselves, Naruto then held out his fist for Fuu to connect it with her own fist. With the chakra flowing, Fuu finds herself and the others in a different environment. Her eyes widened as she quietly gasped, amazed with what is happening. The four Shinobi introduced their Bijū and Fuu did the same. Behind her was Chomei, who looked at the other Bijū.

"How many years has it been?" he asked casually.

"Beats me" Shukaku replied with a shrug when Kurama whacked him on the head.

"How have you been Chomei?" Kurama asked, completely ignoring the boiling tanuki.

"Pretty good" he replied. He then noticed a difference between Kurama and the others, including himself.

"Why is Kurama free?" he asked pointing out the chainless Bijū.

"Tell me about it! I wanna be free too!" Son Goku complained as he gestured to his chained limbs.

"Fret not. Naruto-kun said he would free us once we're all together and safe" Kokuo reminded.

"Oh right" Son Goku remembered as Shukaku rolled his eyes.

"I'm looking forward to it" Chomei said with light chuckle.

They enjoyed watching the Bijū interact when all of them were alarmed of a third party in the area. Back in reality, they turned to the water to find Shibuki standing on a rock.

"Fuu... Naruto-san...?" Shibuki said when he saw them with three other people he didn't recognize. Fuu stepped back when Naruto walked forward and outstretched his arm in front of Fuu to protect her.
"Sorry Shibuki-san. But you're not taking Fuu back. I won't let you" he said in a serious manner when Shibuki gulped. He looked at Fuu and made an attempt to convince her.
"Fuu, there are people out there who are targeting you. You're safer in the village so please come back" he reasoned out when Fuu furrowed her brows.
"And for you to put me in a cage?! I'm sorry Shibuki, but I don't want that!" she raised her voice. Shibuki can see her resistance in going back to the village with him and he concluded that nothing can be done. After a while of thinking, he sighed deep and turned to Naruto.

"You're taking her with you right?" Shibuki asked to confirm.

"Yeah, I am" Naruto replied. After a long pause Shibuki said.

"Please take care of her, Naruto-san. Protect her from harm's way" he pleaded. Naruto softened his look and put a fist to his heart.

"Shibuki-san. You can leave everything to me, ya know!" Naruto proclaimed proudly. Shibuki only smiled and Naruto returned it. He turned to his comrades and nodded, then off they go.

It was the morning after. Naruto, Roshi, Han, and Gaara himself were riding on Gaara's sand while Fuu uses Chomei's wings to fly.
"We already got the Ichibi, Yonbi, Gobi, Nanabi, and Kyūbi. We only need to find the other four!" Roshi said when he did a head count. Fuu did a little backflip in the air displaying her excitement of this little mission.
"So! Where to next?" she called as she looked at Naruto, who was crossing places in the map and such. He then stood up after keeping the map.
"We're going to Kumogakure! The Nibi Jinchūriki, Nii Yugito, and the Hachibi Jinchūriki, Killer Bee. Are waiting for us, ya know!" he declared with his hands on his hips.

"Duck"

"Huh?"

Before Naruto could react, he got hit by a branch and fell off the sand, hitting the ground by his back. Fuu and the sand halted to a stop and went to the blonde.
"Naruto-kun!" Fuu called when she went to Naruto's side, the others following.
"Are you okay?" she asked in worry.
"Yeah. I'll live" Naruto replied. Gaara crossed his arms as he sighed.
"You should've told me there was a branch coming!" Naruto pointed an accussing finger at Gaara.
"I did say duck" he said as he shrugged.

"Kit, I get you're excited but you have to pay attention to your surroundings. If you don't..."

"Then I die" Naruto finished Kurama's sentence as he got up and rubbed his head.
"You guys are like family or something" Roshi pointed out.

"More like brothers" Han said.

"Yeah. What he said" Son Goku agreed.

Naruto grumbled as he got up and put his bag by a tree.
"We're taking a break" Naruto announced as everyone settled down their belongings for the break.

YYYAAAASSSS I finnally, FINALLY! Updated after how many months. I swear, as I get older I get less time for my free time. And I get more stressed. Anyway! I was initially planning to let the gathering be in one chapter but I don't want to delay you guys and I decided to put it in separate chaps. What I'm gonna make you all wonder is what is happening in Konoha while this is going on? That's for you to guess. I finished this around 3 in the morning so there might be a few changes tomorrow, just wanted to let ya know. I'm sorry that it looks a bit rushed.
