Percy walked back to the hall way her room is in, and stopped at the two doors she sensed people in.

She knocked as she opened the door. She was not expecting to see a knife flying towards her. She grabbed it at the handle, millimeters from her face.

She set the knife down on the dresser, and looked at the wide-eyed kid.

"Breakfast is ready," she said, not even fazed by the knife. The Ares cabin, and Athena cabin did that a lot. It even became a training exercise. Then she shut the door and left, while humming a song from The Little Mermaid.

She went to the other room she sensed someone else in and frowned at the light coming out the bottom of the door. She walked inside and sighed at the sight.

Tim was asleep at his computer, surrounded by four, empty, large mugs of coffee.

She saw a cup of water away from the computer, but on the desk. She shot the water at Tim's face, and quickly put it back in the cup, before Tim opened his eyes completely.

"Tim, you awake?" Percy asked, as if she didn't just wake him.

Tim looked at her, "did you just splash me with water?"

"No, and you're completely dry," Percy said, lying straight faced.

"Huh. Must have been a dream. But why are you here?" Tim asked, not rude; just genuinely curious.

"Alfred asked me to get you all, as he finished breakfast," Percy said.

"Oh. Thanks," Tim said, smiling at her from his chair.

Percy smiled back, and then left the room, taking the four mugs with her.

Tim looked at the cup of water, and then back at the door.

Then he shook his head, "strange dream," he muttered to himself. Then he got up and quickly showered and got dressed before heading down to the table.

Percy was knocking on Bruce's door, since she heard a sink running, and could sense a lot of water in the air. She assumed he'd just finished showering.

She heard the water stop running, and Bruce head toward the door.

"Yes?" Bruce asked, as he opened the door.

"Alfred asked me to tell you breakfast is ready," Percy said.

"You were up already?" Bruce asked.

"I'm not answering these questions again. But yes, I helped make breakfast," Percy said, then she turned and walked away.

Bruce watched her walk away, and sighed. But he just turned around and finished getting ready.

Percy went back to the kitchen, and saw Alfred putting food onto plates, and placing it on the cart he used yesterday.

"Anything I can do?" Percy asked.

"What would you like to drink?" Alfred asked.

"Just some orange juice and a water bottle, please," Percy said.

"Of course," Alfred said.

"Thanks, Alfred," Percy said, then she left the kitchen and went back to the dining room.

She saw that Damian was already there, looking at her with narrow eyes.

"Morning, Damian," Percy said, giving him a small smile, as she sat down where she sat yesterday.

"You caught the knife," Damian said.

"Would you have preferred I didn't?" Percy asked, raising an eyebrow at him.

"Well, no. But actually let me answer, after you knock," Damian said.

"Will do. Besides, you are definitely not the first person to throw a something sharp at me," Percy said.

"Who was?" Damian asked.

"My mom's ex husband, he threw a broken beer bottle at me," Percy said.

"Did you move in time?" Damian asked, talking a little softer than before. It wasn't noticeable by many, but Percy noticed the change.

"No, I didn't. It clipped my shoulder, as I ducked. It isn't as noticeable now, though," Percy said.

Tim and Bruce came inside, just as an awkward silence fell between the two.

"Morning you two," Bruce said as he sat down.

"Morning," Percy said, as she walked over and opened the door for Alfred as he walked inside.

"Thank you, Miss Percy," Alfred says as he pushed the cart into the room.

"No problem," Percy said, as she moved to sit back down.

"What's for breakfast, Alfred?" Bruce asked, after Percy was seated.

"We have eggs, bacon, and pancakes, this morning," Alfred said.

"Sounds great," Bruce said, nodding at his butler.

"I can't take all of the credit. Percy made the pancakes, and everything is blue," Alfred said, as he sat the last plate in front of Percy.

They all were a bit surprised at the amount of blue on their plates. Percy, smiled at the plate, and grabbed the syrup.

"Why blue?" Tim asked.

"My mom always made our food blue," Percy said.

"Why blue though?" Tim asked.

"It's more of an inside joke between me and her," Percy said, not giving much away. But with the world's best detective's son, he asked anyway.

"Did it have to do with your mom's ex?" Damian asked.

Percy smiled at him, she heard the worry, as minuscule as it was, "yes. He said that there were no such thing as blue food, so my mom made it her mission to make all of our food blue after that. Even after he disappeared."

"She sounds awesome," Damian said, with a small smile.

"That she was, Damian. Very stubborn," Bruce said, with a smile.

The room was quiet, for a while. However, Percy quickly started eating her food. She needed to go do things today.

"So what do you plan to do today, Percy?" Tim asked, "since you aren't going to school."

"I have a few things I need to get done, but should be back before you two get back from school. What about you, Bruce?" Percy asked.

"I have a few meetings set up today. They might take a while, so I probably won't be back until later," Bruce said.

"Alright. I can go swimming, or get Alfred to show me the gym," Percy said.

"Don't get hurt," Bruce said.

"I won't. Have fun with your meetings," Percy said with a chuckle, "and with school." She added, looking at her cousins.

"I already know it all, though," Damian said, crossing his arms.

"You very well might, but it's what normal kids do, go to school. Even if it is Gotham Academy," Percy said, giving a small smile at him.

Damian looked at her very intently, "what do you mean by that?"

"Well, I don't think you've had a normal childhood, school seems to be that little sliver of normalcy for you," Percy said, as she grabbed her not even half empty plate and walked to the kitchen.

"I guess so," Damian muttered, as she left.

"Does she even know where she's going? She's new to Gotham," Tim asked.

"Alfred will probably go with her. It's not like she has a car," Damian said, shrugging his shoulders.

"No way!" Tim said.

"What?" Damian asked, looking at him with narrow eyes.

"You've already warmed up to her," Tim said.

"Tch. And why does that matter?" Damian asked, rolling his eyes.

"You don't warm up to anyone, unless they've proved they are worth it," Tim said.

"Tch," Damian replied, before going back to eating his breakfast.

"She has a way to make the most distrustful trust her. She's always been like that," Bruce said.

"Really?" Tim asked.

"Yeah. But she's so closed off now," Bruce said.

"Probably has to do with a lot, since it's clear that she's trained in some why," Damian said.

"Master Bruce, you're going to be late for your first meeting," Alfred said, causing Tim to jump, "I'll take you guys to school when you are finished." Then Alfred left the room.

"Wonder what she had to do today that was so important," Tim asked.

"Whatever it is, she's upset about it," Damian said.

"What makes you say that?" Bruce asked.

"The way she's carrying herself. It almost looked like when one of the other assassins needed to return and say that one of them died on a mission," Damian said.

"Really? You think she has to tell someone that someone died?" Bruce asked.

"Yeah, I do. But that's more assumption, than fact. She's also just lost her mom, so it could be that," Damian said.

Bruce hummed in agreement.

Breakfast was silent after that.

"Alright, have a good day at school. I need to get to work," Bruce said, standing from the table.

"See you later," Tim said.

"Bye," Damian said.

After the two boys finished, they brought their plates to Alfred, then finished getting ready to go.

Alfred washed the dishes and put them away. Then he went and brought Damian and Tim to school.
