Percy looked up at her uncle, and nodded, "sure, we can talk."

"How have you been?" Bruce asked.

"Distracted, mainly. Why?" Percy asked.

"Jason said you wake up screaming sometimes?" Bruce asked.

"His room is next to mine, so he hears me, unfortunately," Percy said.

"That's true. But you know you can talk to me, right?" Bruce asked.

"I will, eventually," Percy said, her expression closing off.

"What do you mean?" Bruce asked.

"It means I don't want to tell you right now, nor am I ready too," Percy said.

"Okay, Percy. But I'm here when you're ready," Bruce said.

"Good night, Bruce," Percy said.

Bruce looked at her for a second, then sighed, "alright. Good night, Percy."

Bruce turned to walk out the door, and just before he shut the door, he paused, "I love you, Percy. And I've missed all of you so much," Bruce said.

"You left us, Bruce. I know you have your reasons, but you still abandoned your remaining family, and made a new one without us," Percy said. Her glare and words made Bruce flinch.

"You're right. Hopefully, you'll let me make it up to you," Bruce said, then he left, not wanting to hear her reply.

Percy slumped, then went back to planning.

————
It was around 11, when Percy felt everyone leave the manor, and Alfred wasn't in the manor either. He was probably in the bat cave, waiting to heal the bunch when they got back.

She went out on her back porch and gave a whistle.

Not even five minutes later, Blackjack landed on her balcony.

"I thought you went back to camp," Percy asked him.

"I stuck around, figured you might need me, boss," Blackjack said.

"As long as no one saw you," Percy said, as she hopped on his back.

"Nope. Now, where to?" Blackjack asked.

"We're going to follow my cousins around. They're going to run into something Greek related," Percy said.

"Alrighty, boss. Let's protect your mortals," Blackjack said, as he took off.

"This may take a while, Blackjack. So don't burn yourself out," Percy said.

"Got it, boss," Blackjack said.

Luckily, nothing happened that night. Which was good, all there was was a few Greek monsters that Percy dealt with, then she got back home, just as she saw the bat mobile head back in a similar direction of the mansion.

Percy showered and went to bed. She sensed when everyone came back up from the cave they went to, and made their way to their own rooms.

Percy fell asleep, shortly after. Followed by a dream....

Percy followed the bat mobile to the warehouse. She watched as her uncle got out, dressed as a giant bat, and ran into the warehouse.

She saw him get knocked out by the clown guy, who's eyes flashed a yellowish orange color, just before he was unconscious.

Percy got off Blackjack, "go get Will and Nico, bring them to the mansion."

The Pegasus nodded, and quickly flew off.

Percy walked in, carefully, and found the four others.

The dagger she gave Jason was across the room, out of their reach. 'Styx.' She thought to herself.

"Where did you get that dagger, though, Jason?" Dick asked.

"And why was it the only thing hurting those things?" Tim asked.

"I'd like to know that answer too, but I think I already know," the clown said, walking inside the room.

Jason didn't say anything.

"Did you get it from a certain demigoddess?" the clown asked, his eyes flashing goldfish orange again.

"Who are you?" Jason asked, through gritted teeth.

The clown just cackled, "we will see, soon enough." Then he left.

"Hood, where'd the knife go?" Damian's voice asked.

"What do you mean?" Jason asked, looking over to where the knife was at.

Percy placed the dagger back in Jason's hands, before disappearing again.

"Persephone Jackson, I was wondering when you'd get here," the clown said, holding a gun out, at the girl, in the shadows. Bang!!

Percy woke up with a gasp.

Her abdomen felt like it was on fire. She fell off her bed, in a bid to get to her bathroom.

The light streaming through her window told her that no one was around, since everyone was either at school, or work.

Percy filled up her bathtub and lied down in it. She closed her eyes and controlled the water to go into her wound and pull the bullet out, and close it up.

She let the bloody water drain as she held up the piece of metal that was in her abdomen.

She sighed as she turned on the shower and got cleaned for the day.

She got out and cleaned her bedsheets, then went down to the training room. She stayed there and worked for a while. She only stopped when she sensed someone coming into the front door. She put the stuff away, then she vapor traveled to her bedroom. There she showered and got dressed in casual clothes.

A bit later, Alfred knocked on the door.

"Yes, Alfred," Percy asked.

"Miss Percy, would you like something to eat?" Alfred asked.

"Yeah, I'll be right down," Percy said.

"Don't worry, no one is here right now, but you and me. I'll just bring it up to you," Alfred said, and he walked away before Percy could say anything.

Percy laughed a little, but didn't say anything against it. She just wanted to plan and prepare anyway. It was easier to do that hidden away in her room, when Alfred was at the house.

Alfred came back and knocked on the door again.

Percy opened the door and saw the butler standing there holding a plate of chicken and rice.

"I will get the plate when you're done. Enjoy the quietness, it doesn't happen often," Alfred said.

Percy put on a bothered expression, but she was glad she'd get to continue planning.

She ate her food, a bit too fast. Though, with how much training she did today, she was a bit hungrier than she thought she was.

She left an empty plate on her dresser, which was next to the door, and went back to planning.

She was writing in her notebook to cover any possible thing that can go wrong.

"Miss Percy, are you finished?" Alfred asked, some time later.

"Yes, Alfred. It's on my dresser," Percy said, not looking up from her notebook.

Alfred opened the door, and saw that Percy was very focused on whatever she was writing, he made a mental note of it, but didn't ask anything. He grabbed the plate and left, shutting the door behind him.

Alfred washed the plate, and put it away. Then he made his way down to the batcave.

"She's set for the night?" Bruce asked.

"Yes, master Bruce. She's writing in a notebook in her room," Alfred said.

"Good. Any idea what she's writing about?" Bruce asked.

"No, but she seemed very focused," Alfred said, looking at the man dressed up like a bat.

"I see. I'll talk to her tomorrow, see if I can figure it out," Bruce said.

Jason snickered, "if she doesn't want you to know, she'll answer every question you throw at her, while still giving nothing away."

"Tch," Damian said, with a nod.

Bruce didn't say anything on the topic, but looked at everyone, "let's get going."

"Right," Dick said, as he took off out of the batcave.

When Percy sensed everyone leave, except Alfred, she let out a whistle.

Blackjack flew in through her balcony door, and looked at her.

"Ready to go, boss?" he asked.

"Let's keep my family alive," Percy said, as she hopped on his back. Then the two flew out the window.

Percy dealt with more monsters than the previous night, but still got rid of them before her cousins and uncle ran into them.

After she saw them dealing with the mortals that were involved, she left. She got rid of the monsters that were out there tonight, so she knew they'd get back safe and mostly sound.

She arrived in her bedroom, and found Nico sitting on her bed.

"Nico, why are you here?" she asked, gripping her sword.

"Hello to you too. But I've been wondering what has been going on with you," Nico said, flipping a page in her notebook.

"And you couldn't have Iris messaged me?" Percy asked.

"No, I wouldn't have gotten a straight answer," Nico said, rolling his eyes.

"Fair enough. But you should really leave. I didn't know you'd be here, so the rest of them don't know, and it would be strange for you to just be here," Percy said.

"You're seriously going to deal with the Pit by yourself?" Nico asked.

"No, I was going to send Blackjack to get you and Will," Percy said.

"Why?" Nico asked, "of course we'd be there, but why then, why not sooner?"

"Because it would be easier that way," Percy said, meeting his eyes.

"Fine. But Will and I will be waiting for him to get us," Nico said, then he left.

Percy sighed, and quickly changed and got into bed. She faced away from the door, with her notebook placed under her pillow, along with riptide.

She closed her eyes, and pretended not to sense the person that looked in her window before going back to the others. Before long, she sensed everyone in their rooms, and were all asleep.

Bruce sighed as he laid down in his own bed, after taking a shower. It didn't take long for him to fall asleep, but his last thought was about how to talk to Percy.

Percy was awake and in the kitchen cleaning up the dishes she used to make breakfast when Alfred walked in.

"Rough night, Miss Percy?" Alfred asked.

"I slept decently, I was just awake and couldn't get back to sleep," Percy said.

"I see. Any reason why?" Alfred asked.

"Just a feeling," Percy said, with a shrug.

"That's it?" Alfred asked.

"Yep. And it's not anything I would like to share right now," Percy said.

"Alright, Miss Percy. I'll bring out the food, then," Alfred said, and moved to collect the plates Percy had already had made.

"Alfred," Percy called, before he put the last plate on his cart.

"Yes, Miss Percy," Alfred asked.

"You have that stuff my cousin gave you still, right?" Percy asked.

"Yes, why?" Alfred asked.

"A feeling, that's all. I'll be eating in my room," Percy said, with a sigh. Then she grabbed her plate and went back to her room. She continued polishing her plans, to make sure that everything that could go wrong was covered, and her plans were as thought out as possible.

A little after breakfast, a knock sounded on her door.

"Come in, Bruce," Percy said, without looking at the door.

"I'm still not sure how you do that," Bruce said, as he walked in and sat down.

He watched Percy write in her notebook at her desk for a while, before moving over to some sort of blueprint. And writing something on there that he couldn't read.

"What are you working on?" Bruce asked.

"Just going over some things for a friend from camp," Percy said, as she closed her journal, and put it on top of the blueprint.

"Anything you need help with?" Bruce asked.

"No, I'm about finished. But if I need some help, I'll ask," Percy said.

"Alright, Percy. I just wanted to see how you were doing," Bruce said.

"I'm doing alright. This has been occupying me enough, so I'm doing better right now," Percy said, motioning to the stuff she was working on.

"Glad to hear it. I'm still here if you want to talk," Bruce said.

"I know, Bruce. But not right now," she said, as she looked straight at him.

"Okay, Percy. So what language is that in?" Bruce asked.

"Some of it is Greek, some of it is Latin," Percy said.

"You know both?" Bruce asked.

"Fluently. It's easier than English," Percy said, with a shrug.

"That makes no sense," Bruce said.

"None at all, but it is. So I just go with it," Percy said, with a smile on her face.

"Fair enough. I'll leave and let you get back to it, then. See you later, Percy," Bruce said.

Bruce sighed as he left the room, he got absolutely nothing from her responses, as predicted. He can't help but be worried, nor could he ignore the twisting in his gut.
