Breakfast was a rather quiet affair. Though, everyone noticed Jason kept looking at Percy.

"I'll be back a bit late tonight," Bruce said.

"So we'll see you for dinner?" Dick asked.

Bruce nodded, "yeah. I'll see you guys tonight," Bruce said, then got up and left the kitchen.

Bruce quickly grabbed his briefcase and left for his office.

"Master Damian, Master Tim, when you're finished I will be bringing you to school," Alfred said, walking through the door.

They all watched as Percy looked at the door, before Alfred walked inside.

"I need to get to work soon, as well. I'll see you guys tonight, as well," Dick said, placing his fork on his empty plate.

"See you later, Dick," Jason said, with a smirk.

"Later," Percy said, eating the rest of her food.

Dick nodded, and left the room. He grabbed his things, and his keys, then left the house.

Damian and Tim finished their food, before vacating the table. They grabbed their book bags, and went to meet Alfred in the garage.

"So, when's your cousin getting here?" Jason asked.

"Soon," Percy said. They should be finishing breakfast, themselves, right now.

"Okay. And you're all demigods?" Jason asked.

"Yes, Nico is the son of Hades, and Will is the son of Apollo," Percy said.

"And you're the daughter of Posideon, right?" Jason asked.

"Yes," Percy said.

"Alright. So, how come no one noticed your scars last night, when we were swimming?" Jason asked.

"I use the Mist to hide them. It's what keeps mortals from learning about the mythological world," Percy said.

"How come I can see your scars?" Jason asked.

"Every once in a while, mortals are clear sighted, meaning the Mist doesn't work on them. My mom was clear-sighted," Percy said.

"Last time you thought I could see through it with something related to me dying," Jason said.

"Yes, and I still do. I think you weren't clear-sighted before you died. But when you came back, the Mist didn't work for you anymore," Percy said, "however, this is all just theory. No way to really prove it, anyway."

Jason nodded, "fair enough."

"Miss Percy, your cousin is here, and the others are at school, or work," Alfred said, walking in with two boys.

"Percy," Nico said, walking over to the sea-green eyed demigod.

"Hey, Nico. Hey, Will," Percy said.

Nico and Will sat down next to Percy, "who is this?" Nico asked.

"I'm Jason," he said.

"You've died, before," Nico said, meeting Jason's eyes.

"Is that a demigod thing, like Percy, or something else?" Jason asked, with a sigh.

"Both," Nico said, looking at Percy.

"So you know about our world," Will said.

"Master Todd and I, both, do," Alfred said.

"Though, they didn't learn from me," Percy said.

"What do you mean?" Will asked.

"Alfred's met a dying demigod before. And Jason has reacted too calmly to not know about this shit show," Percy said.

"I work with a demigod, occasionally," Jason said.

"Really?" Nico asked.

"Yeah. But we don't get along, so it's very rare that I help," Jason said.

"I didn't like a majority of them either," Nico said, with a shrug.

"You don't like people in general, Neeks," Percy said, rolling her eyes.

"Anyway, we have Ambrosia and Nectar," Will said, "and I'm giving you a check-up before lunch."

"I'll be there, if you don't mind," Alfred said.

"And I'll be there, even if you do mind," Jason said, crossing his arms.

Nico snorted, "I like him, though how he came back to life baffles me."

Percy rolled her eyes, "of course you do."

Will chuckled a little, "I don't mind either of you there. You'll probably share anything she won't."

The look the two saw Will give Percy said it all. Especially, as Percy did her best to look anywhere but at his face.

"So you two know about us," Nico said.

"Yes. Though, Percy is very good at keeping shit to herself," Jason said.

"Very true, Master Todd," Alfred said, leaving the room to get refreshments.

Percy rolled her eyes, but didn't say anything to deny that statement.

"You're the son of Hades, I take it," Jason said, running his hand through his hair.

"Yeah, that's me. Percy warned you, I see," Nico said, remembering his earlier comment.

"Yeah. But I was thrown in the Lazarus Pit," Jason said, figuring the son of Hades knew about that.

"Well, Styx. The side effects of that still there?" Nico asked.

"Yes, but manageable, now," Jason said, a little pale.

Will, sensing the subject needed to be changed, looked at Percy, "how about we do that check up now?"

Percy smiled, thankful for the topic change, but her eyes filled with dread, "okay. Alfred probably has to do some work anyway."

"Follow me, we have a medical room," Alfred said, leading the group to the medical room the manor has.

Percy took mental notes, 'why do they need a medical room in the manor?'

"Great," Will said, picking up his bag as he followed the butler, followed closely by his boyfriend and the other two.

————
Will had Percy remove her jacket, which revealed the tank top she was wearing underneath.

The three winced, giving away who all can see her scars.

"What's wrong?" Alfred asked.

Nico went over to the butler and raked three clawed fingers against his chest, which removed the mist from the Butler's eyes.

"Miss Percy," Alfred said, his eyes were wide, and a bit more wet than normal.

"The Mist hides it from most mortals. Though, some can see through it," Will said, answering the question that was bound to come up.

Nico looks at Jason, with a raised eyebrow.

Jason raised his arm, in a surrender posture, "Percy thinks I can see through it because I died. That I couldn't before the incident."

Nico pinched his brows, "makes sense, in a Greek Mythology type of way. Since the myths don't always make sense either. And it was the Lazarus pit that brought you back, not you walking out of the underworld, or the Golden Fleece."

Jason just nodded, though he figured it had something to do with Percy and her friends accidentally bringing someone back to life.

"You've put on weight, which is good," Will said, continuing his check up.

It was clear she was still a bit underweight, and could use a few more pounds, which made Jason wince a little.

"Though, some of these scars look new," Will said.

Percy winced at that comment.

"Probably because she wakes up screaming, and covered in her own blood," Jason said, his voice cracking just a little bit at the end. It would have been missed, if it weren't for who was all in the room.

Nico raised an eyebrow at the man, and Will looked at Nico. Alfred had a look of surprise on his face, as he looked at Jason.

Percy heard it, but didn't think all that much.

Then Will and Nico looked back at Percy, "are you going to explain that?"

Percy bit her lip, and Alfred spoke up.

"She explained that when she sleeps, she gets visited in her dreams, and harmed. Any wound she gets there, appears on her body," Alfred said.

Nico looked at the butler, "you know who," he said.

Jason raised an eyebrow, "all of you able to infer like that?"

"We've all needed to, to survive," Will said, but looked back at the butler.

"She said it's the Pit, which I did look up. But she warned me that names have power," Alfred said.

Nico paled, and looked at Percy, "you didn't tell anyone?"

"What could be done?" Percy said, her voice barely above a whisper.

"That's why you needed the ambrosia and nectar," Will said.

"Actually, she tends to heal herself with water, I asked her to keep some on hand, anyway," Alfred said.

Will looked at him, and nodded, "smart."

"She's not the only one to get wounded here. Though, the first to get hurt from her dreams," Alfred said.

"Torture. Dreams are supposed to be nice, these aren't," Percy said, looking at then.

No one said anything. Then Nico spoke up, after some uncomfortable silence.

"I'll look into that. If he's getting strong enough to visit you in your dreams, we could have a real issue coming up," Nico said, running his hands through his hair.

"Not at this moment though," Will said, stopping Nico from running off.

"Why not?" Nico asked.

Will raised an eyebrow, "we're here to spend time with Percy first, before we go and worry about a possible war, again," Will said, ignoring the choking sounds behind them.

Percy's eyes widened, as her observations from yesterday, and the theories today crossed wires in her brain. Her eyes widened as her gut filled with dread. She didn't mention anything, and everyone was a bit too shocked to notice her minuscule movements.

She didn't say anything, and continued the conversation in a different direction.

"So what's new with Camp?" Percy asked.

"We're recovering, and rebuilding. There have been a few new demigods showing up, but not many," Will said.

"You'd think the gods would be decent enough to give the survivors a chance to recover, before adding to the numbers again," Percy said.

"When have the gods ever thought about anyone but themselves?" Nico asked, with a scoff.

Thunder rumbled in the distance, with clear skies, the three demigods rolled their eyes.

Percy shouted, "he's not wrong."

There was no response from the thunder.

Jason snorted, "you were just yelling at gods?"

"Yep," Percy said, worth a nod.

"She's probably one of the few that can get away with it," Will said.

"Who are the others?" Jason asked.

"Me, and Thalia," Nico said.

"Why's that? And who's Thalia?" Jason asked.

"She's our cousin. She is with the Hunters of Artemis," Percy said.

"She'd be a daughter of Zeus, then?" Jason asked.

"Yep," Percy said.

"I know one of those. Are they always so dramatic?" Jason asked.

Nico and Percy shared a look, then looked back at Jason, "yes."

"We're pretty sure it's genetic," Percy said, with a smirk.

Thunder clapped around them, which only made Nico and Percy chuckle at the proof.

"But you know Dianne?" Percy asked, looking at Jason.

"Yeah. She hasn't mentioned anything about a war, though," Jason said.

"Probably because she didn't fight in it," Percy said, with a glare.

"Really?" Jason asked.

"Yeah. Apparently, her fate is too intertwined with mortals, so we got to send children as young as twelve to fight," Percy said with her jaw clenched.

"Not mentioning the four year old that tried to help," Nico said.

"Miss Percy, you led kids into war?" Alfred asked.

"She didn't have a choice. And the lack of survivors aren't her fault, it's the gods," Nico said.

"Yes," Percy said, looking at Alfred.

"That shouldn't have happened," Alfred said.

"And I thought the League was bad," Jason said, shaking his head

"The gods aren't good people. But they are the lesser of two evils," Percy said.

"What's the other?" Jason asked.

"Their parents, the titans," Nico said.

"That eat their own kids, or are the equivalent of, what normal people call Hell," Percy said.

"Fair point," Jason said.

"There are a few cool ones," Will said.

"True, Apollo and Hermes are pretty cool. And Hades wasn't too bad, either. If a little dark, and morbid," Percy said.

"Don't call my dad cool. His ego doesn't need the stroking," Nico said, looking every bit like the embarrassed teen, who heard his friends say his parents are 'alright.'

"Are we done?" Percy asked, seeing Will put all his doctor equipment away.

"With the physical," Will said, "overall, you are better shape, than you were in the last one you had, which is good," Will said.

"Great," Percy said, putting her jacket back on.

"I do want to do a mental evaluation," Will said, "you avoided the last one."

Percy paled, while Jason and Alfred looked more alert somehow.

"And the one you were supposed to get when you first come to camp," Will said, looking at Percy with rapt attention.

"How do you even know that?" Percy asked, crossing her arms, which didn't make her look intimidating, considering how pale she was.

"I have access to everyone's, who has been at camp, medical records," Will said, "yours is rather thin."

"Cause I passed out when I first got here, due to being attacked by the half bull guy, and thinking my mom was killed, and carrying Grover," Percy said.

"Then I had to stop a civil war with the gods, because Zeus decided to blame me for something being stolen, even though I didn't even know about that world yet," Percy said.

"I know why. I asked Chiron. However, I'm going to get one for you now," Will said.

Alfred brought over chairs.

Percy looked at the other two, "leave."

"Miss Percy," Alfred started to say.

"No, Alfred, and Jason. I'll let Will tell you the results, but I don't want you here during this one," Percy said.

Jason didn't need any prompting after that, and walked out of the room.

Alfred looked at Percy for a second and nodded, "very well, Miss Percy." Then he, too, left the room.

"Do you want me to leave, too?" Nico asked.

"Honestly, yes. Though, if you want to know, Will can share it with you, as well," Percy said.

Nico nodded, and shadowed out of the room. He can go question Jason, without Percy being around.
