You came into my life and brightened it up

The sadness all went away.

Everything got better.

You came and lit up my life.

And just when I was starting to be happy

You left.

I know you didn't have a choice.

You didn't decide to die.

But I still wish you could have been careful.

I don't know if I can do this without you.

You left, but you healed what was broken in me.

So the feelings never came back.

Thank you for being the reason I'm Ok now.
