So Kumiko began her journey of surviving winter and waiting for spring.

Kumiko:Looks like everyone else was turned to stone seems about right

She decided to make a hooded dress out of the materials around her which were mainly grass,weeds,vines branches from trees,Etc.

Kumiko:Hmm not very good... but at least I won't be cold anymore

So next was a weapon.

Kumiko:Hmm a spear? A knife? What would Senku do in this situation...

Kumiko:Never mind he'd probably tell me waking up in winter was a dumb idea...

So she made a wooden spear in the meantime since making a usual one would take too long.

Kumiko:Hmm not bad

While she was running through the forest she tripped over something.

Kumiko:Ow...

When she got up and dusted herself she was surprised at what she saw.It was stone Senku.

Kumiko:Hm and I thought it would've taken forever to find him

She poked him one or twice.

Kumiko:Well I guess it doesn't work like that

So she got him out of the ground laying him on the ground.

Kumiko:Whenever he wakes up maybe I'll meet up with him... actually...

She marked the tree nearby and continued on her way.

Kumiko:Hmm Maybe he'll find Taiju to

So she is now on the hunt for food as she went to a lake searching for fish.Since it's winter time she wasn't going to find many but at the least she hoped to find one or two.

Kumiko:Hmm there

She jammed her spear into the water striking a fish.

Kumiko:Hmm sure is a small one but it is what it is I guess 

So she spent another 10 or so minutes waiting for fish to pass by but it was only another small one.

Kumiko:*sigh* The bigger ones must be deeper in the water

So she just took the two fish and went on her way.So now it's getting dark as she needs to start a fire.

Kumiko:If it wasn't for all those camping trips I'd be screwed about now

So she collected some dry wood which wasn't too hard.Next she collected some grass to get the fire going.After about 30 minutes or so she returns with a bunch of sticks.She placed the sticks into a pile and placed down the grass as she grabbed two sticks and started rubbing them together onto the grass.She did it as fast as she could finally getting a spark as the fire started.So she tended to the fire as it was now normal sized or just enough to cook the fish at least.After roasting the fish she ate them both as they were delicious.So she continued like this for days as they turned into weeks and then months.She now has made better clothing which is a pancho made from animal skins mainly tigers,squirrels,etc.It is now spring as Kumiko is sleeping.
