The next morning

^hinatas pov^

I woke up to noya opening the curtains. Which also woke everyone else up. Daichi then started yelling at him whilst tanaka was laughing at his best friend. I groaned and pulled my blanket over my head wanting to go back to sleep. But I couldn't,my stomach was grumbling and everyone was already getting ready.

After a few minutes of me trying to hide,I had the blanket ripped off me and saw noya standing by my feet.

Nishinoya:"c'mon shoyo,get up. We have volleyball practice. We are already starting the practice matches. I think we will be doing them the whole camp."

"Oh god,that means there will be an excuse for akaashi and the others to be watching me. I will probably end up messing up alot since I did yesterday at practice."

I looked around the room to see that everyone except noya had left. I then got up from my futon.

Hinata:"fine I'm getting up. I'll be ready in a few minutes. Don't wait for me and go catch up with the others.:

Noya:"Alright,see you in a few then."

Hinata:"bye"

Noya then left the room, leaving me on my own. I quickly got changed and managed to catch up with the others.

Noya:"Wow,that was fast."

Hinata:"Well,I'm hungry."

Daichi:"today we are able to sit and eat wherever we want,as long as we are in the gym for 9:00."

We all said OK OK carried on walking down the the lunch hall.

For breakfast they were serving pancakes with bacon and eggs. I grabbed my food and looked around the seating area to see who I want to sit with.

I saw some people from karasuno wave at me to sit with them. Kuroo also did the same. He was sat with kenma,bokuto and some others from fukordani and nekoma.

I scanned the room again and saw my middle school friends looking at me. As soon as they saw me look at them they looked away and carried on eating.

I decided to go sit with them because even though I'm mad at them,they were still good friends before changing. And I want to give them a chance to show me that they have changed.

I don't think they realised that I would be coming over and sitting with them because they hadn't made a space for me to sit down at. They noticed ne when I spoke up.

Hinata:"so is one of you going to move over so I can sit down or should I just go sit with someone else."

They looked up at me and I gave them a small smile. Their faces brightened a little and kise and aomine made room for me in-between them. I walked over to them and sat down.

Akaashi:"how come you came and sat over here when I'm sure you would want to sit with your newer friends."

Hinata:"I want to give you guys a chance to show me that you have changed. I thought about our conversation last night and felt like I should give you a chance rather than shutting you all out. Which I won't do again,especially to tetsuya."

As I said that,they all smiled at me which is rare and I was pulled into a bone crushing hug by kise.

Kise:"sho-chii."

He kept repeating that and was fake crying,drawing some attention from other tables.

Hinata:"kise,you're crushing me. I can't breath."

He loosened his grip.

Kise:"I'm sorry,I'm just so happy you are giving us a chance."

Aomine:"we all are,nit just you kise."

He said as he ruffled my hair a little.

I laughed a little causing kise to go crazy again.

Hinata:" my friend told me that the volleyball teams will be doing practice games for the whole camp. Would you guys be able to watch me play whilst you aren't doing anything with your teams."

Akaashi:"of course,I don't think our teams have anything planned until the afternoon so we can watch this morning."

Hinata:"yay,thankyou. Just don't stare at me with so much intensity as before ,since I felt under alot of pressure."

Midorima:"we will try not to."

Hinata:"thankyou."

^Kagami's pov^

Me and the rest of the team was watching kuroko and the rest of the generation of miracles. Everyone else wondering who the tangerine is.

Riko:"hey kagami. Your good friends with kuroko right?"

Kagami:"Yeah,why?"

Riko:"do you know who that orange haired boy is."

Kagami:"he's an old team mate from when they were in middle school. He was kurokos best friend. Do you remember when momoi pulled me and kuroko out of practice a while ago."

Riko:"Yeah,what about it."

Kagami:"Well apparently that tangerine had run off somewhere and cut connections with him. They had found where he was that day and dragged him to Tokyo from miyagi. They questioned him a little and then two friends of his showed up and took him home. That's all I know. His name is Hinata Shoyo."

Riko:"ok,thankyou kagami.i don't think he is here for basketball though since we have faced all the teams here and I haven't seen him."

Kagami:"Yeah,he plays volleyball now. When he was practicing with his team yesterday I saw the whole generation of miracles looking at him with really judging looks. He kept messing up,probably from the pressure."

Riko:"oh,ok. I guess we can go watch one of his games since the volleyball teams will be taking up the gym this morning for their practice games."

After everyone was funnished eating the volleyball teams were warming up in the gym.

^Hinata's pov^

Me and the rest of the team were warming up and getting ready for our first game. We were going against nekoma.

Whilst warming up, I kept looking at the doors,nervous to see my old friends. Scared of what they will think. I'm hoping that I don't mess up.

Kageyama:"oi,boke. Why do you keep looking at the doors,your also more nervous than you usually are. What's up with you."

Hinata:"huh? Oh nothing. I'm perfectly fine. Noting you need to worry about."

Kageyama:"whatever you say."

Just before we was about to begin I heard the doors open and saw them walk in. They walked over to the court and I ran over to them.

Hinata:"I thought you were gonna ditch and do something else. I really want to show you guys how much I have improved on volleyball."

Akaashi:"don't worry, we also really want to see how well your doing."

Kise:"hey, I have an idea. How about tonight, just before dinner. We can either learn a bit of volleyball of play a game of basketball."

Hinata:"play a game of basketball. I haven't played in ages."

Akaashi:"Alright then. Now,where should we watch you from."

Hinata:"umm. Why don't you go sit with my coach and managers. There will be enough space on the bench for you."

Akaashi:"ok"

They then walk over to the bench I pointed at and told coach that they came to watch me play. Coach looked over at me and I gave him a nod for clarification.
