I lie down on my new kingsized bed.
I take in the fresh smell of my new covers and blankets.
Moving.
The thing I never expected to do.
After my parents divorce I haven't spoken to my dad. He just disapeared. BOOM and he was gone.
I'm not gonna complain tho..
We weren't on the best terms.
Never were.
He was always at work, not cheating, just at work.
He liked his work, too much.
More than his family.
My mom already lost her feelings for him and so did he.
That made the devorse easier.
They didn't fight tho.

Now, I live with my mother and little sister, Nina. She's five. And adorable!
We're like best friends.
We play with dolls together. Talk about boys.
Basically everything you do with your best friend.

My mom, Diana, is fine on her own. She doesn't need anyone else to love us, is what she always says.
Believe me when I say I have the best mom in the world.
Sometimes when she isn't at work and caughts Nina and I talking about boys, she just joins us. We all paint our nails together, put on my mom's old prom and weddings dresses and give eachother make overs.

We have the perfect family.

Me, Emily Lea Smith, am 15 years old. I love drawing and being on social media apart from being with my family.
I love cooking also. And I dance and sing a lot.
I'm basically just a normal teenage girl you know.

We moved from Boston to Miami.
I'm glad we left Boston cause it became a bit boring. You know, sometimes you're just tired of a city cause you have been there too much. That's exactly how I felt about Boston. Not complaining tho! Boston is great. Just not a place I want to spent my life in.

I turn around on my bed and face the wall. How can I already be bored?
I get up and enter my new bathroom. It has a marble sync and a bath and a shower. There is also a toilet next to the sync.
The edges of the sync are gold and the floor is snow-white.
In other words, this bathroom is amazing.

I stare into the big mirror to see myself. I'm wearing a grey oversized cropped hoodie with 'Boston' on it in blue letters. My best friend back in Boston gave it to me. His name is Jamie.
Apart from the hoodie I'm wearing black adidas sport leggings. I'm also wearing some cute pink socks.
My blonde straight hair is just hanging over my shoulders. I take a closer look at myself and see that my eyes are now fully green. Funny fact is that they were blue first but they slowly turned green. Nothing against it tho cause I love green eyes. And especially with my freckles.

I step back and leave the bathroom.

"Lea, are you unpacked yet?" My mom shouts feom downstairs.

I look at my empty boxes and smile.

"Yes mom!" I grap some boxes and take them downstairs.

"Nina, can you also grab some of my little boxes from upstairs?" I ask in a cute tone.

"Yes Lele!" She smiles and runs upstairs.

Lele is my nickname from Nina. It's cause my mom always calls me on my middle name, Lea. I prefer Lea also cause it has something special in it I think.

I giggle to myself as Nina rusn back downstairs with my last boxes.

"Tankyou Nina." I smile.

We place all the boxes in the hall and my moms walks towards us.

"Thankyou girls, now I'm gonna take these away so don't leave the house." She smiles.

I nod and walk upstairs.

I take my phone out of the charger and open Skype.

Jamiejamie: hey Emiii!! I miss youuuuu

LeaEm: miss you too Jammieeeeee! Come visit Miami soon!! Xxoxoxoxoxo

Jamiejamie: I aksed my parentz but they won't let me until I'm old enough, stupid shitzz:((

LeaEm: ahw poor Jamiee:( so any new girlz on schoolz?;)

Jamiejamie: yes! There's this Sara girl, she's nice and cute and we've talked a few times. I'm taking her out on Saturday:)

LeaEm: ahww cuuteeeee!! But if she breaks your heart, I'll break her face;))

Jamiejamie: ahw we love an overprotective Emiii:))))))

LeaEm: duuhh!!

LeaEm: so how's life apart from the chickazz?;p

Jamiejamie: Pia is coming back from college for a week:)

LeaEm: ooh I love ur sistarr!! Tell her I said hey!

Jamiejamie: ofcc!! Ey gtg cuz I'm meeting up w/ Jace. Byebye Emiiiiiiii!!

LeaEm: byee dickk, I mean Jammieee;) :")

I lock my phone and trow it back in the charger.

"OMG OMG OMG GIRLSS!!" My mom shouts.

Nina and I run downstairs to see my mom jumping around.

"Wow what'a going on mommy?" Nina asks.

"You will never guess who I bumped into today!" Mom squeels.

"Who?" I raise an eyebrow.

"CHRIS BROWN!" She jumps.

"WHAT?!?"

"Yes and I have a selfie with him!" She smiles and shows her phone.

"I'm jelly." I pout. Nina laughs and nods.

"What about a movie night?" Nina asks.

"Nono sweetie, it's almost ten and you should be in bed." Mom smiles.

They head to Nina's bedroom.

"I'm gonna sleep aswell mom, goodnight!" I yell from my room.

I jump on bed and go on Skype again.
