Reader's POV

We were ready to go. We got to the big cage where Shadow was kept. Eggman then came up to us. "You guys finally decided to come" "Hey, (Y/N) had to calm down first" "Well it took you long enough..." but I wasn't listening.

I was looking at Shadow, pacing around like a wild animal, his eyes bright orange, and he was growling viciously. I reached my hand out to where he was. "Oh, Shadow... I miss you so much" I whispered. "Alright, have you guys got any info?" "Yep we got one.."

"But just so you know, if he scratches someone, they'll end becoming half Savage" this caught my attention. "What is half Savage?" "It's when you look like a Savage animal and may act like one, but you're able to control yourself "

"That could be part of the plan. If someone goes half Savage, they're gonna have to bite Shadow to help him get his sanity back" "And I have something that'll change both of you back. So who's going in?"

We all look at him like, seriously, who do you think?! He stares back at us, "What?" "I'm going, you idiot!!" "Oh right" I walked to the cage as Sonic and Amy said, "Be careful" as I walked over to the cage. I didn't care if I became half Savage, it was for Shadow, and I had other ideas besides biting him...
