The soft rain trickled around his feet

Ouma stared at the rain a few more moments breathing in the fresh damp air whilst drinking his coffee. He'd eat his muffin in a few bites almost done with his sweet baked goods. The sweet smell loomed around him as he'd remember memories as a child, a smile hung at his lips as he'd remember the innocent times with him and his friends The purple haired boy decided to head back to his apartment as the rainfall grew harsher.

He'd turn the key into his unit as he'd set his things down. His small dog raced at his feet as Kokichi let a giggle escape his lips he'd pick the small animal up walking over to his bedroom. The purple walls reflected the pattering rain outside as lightning flashed. Kokichi became startled but soon got a hold of himself as he'd set his pet down on the bed. It was about the last day of the holidays and he was glad he'd at least head to his university once again to see the campus he dearly missed.

A lovely time skip

The rain drizzled as Kokichi walked to his lectures. A male walked with a blonde female as they enjoyed a few laughs. The shorter male blinked, his eyes turned to the taller male as his mind crawled with thoughts Kokichi shook it off. It was possibly a student he'd seen around. He'd walk over to the classroom just in time he'd set his bag down taking out his laptop getting his notes onto his screen, he'd play music after inserting his earbuds to the headphone jack. The soft Lo-fi music played as he'd silently wait till the room flooded with other people.

The professor spoke, he'd softly type out import words. He'd been studying Law as his enjoyment in fighting against other people in an argument, he'd sigh taking his stuff and setting them away. He'd grab his bag walking out to the hall, without notice he'd bump into a taller male.

"Ah! S-sorry about that.." The male spoke, Kokichi grumbled getting up,

"Nah it's alright." He'd say looking up to the male. A feeling of nostalgia grew over him as he'd violet eyes gleamed with confusion, "Uhm, by the way, have we met before?'' Kokichi questioned. The taller male blinked, putting a hand to his chin as if he was thinking,

"Er- I don't think, maybe?" He'd say his amber eyes blinking a few times. Kokichi nodded,

"Well, the name is Oma, Kokichi." He'd say with a smile, the taller student smiled,

"I'm Saihara, Shuichi," He'd say as the two walked out the building. "Well, would you wanna hang out sometime?" he'd say rubbing the back of his neck, Kokichi nodded at the students walked off to their separate ways.

Months passed as they grew closer. The duo became the best of friends meeting after their classes, hanging out every time they could.

Kokichi let out a laugh, The two were at a cafe hanging out with each other. Kokichi smiled as Shuichi spoke, a soft tint of red growing over his cheeks Kokichi huffed, taking a bite from his muffin.

"Hey, Kokichi?" Shuichi spoke, waking KOkichi from his dreamy thoughts. KOkichi set the Muffin down,

"Yeah?" Shuichi huffed his face changing to a serious look.

"You remember that day when we met...?" He'd say with a small smile remember the time. Kokichi nodded,

"Well, that day you asked if we ever met, and I said no.." He'd sigh.

"We have met before, but, only when we were younger.." Kokichi blinked his eyes gleaming with the realization of the memories that lingered whenever he was with Shuichi was really all about them being the best of friends when they were younger children. He'd gulp,

"Let's head over to my house." He'd say with a smile.

Kokichi turned the knob to his home, his dog fast asleep on the couch. Shuichi walked in looking around the cozy home, Kokichi leaped hugging the male tightly. Shuichi flinched suprised as he'd hug him back, Kokichi pulled the taller male down, kissing the male as they both blushed roughly. Kokichi smiled under the kiss as his memories flowed down his mind when they were children.
