Chapter 11

Liz

Today is a day I never in a million years would ever come.

Dallon is officially leaving Panic!, and giving up his spot to our new bassist, Nicole.

It's nice having another girl around, but it won't be the same.

Dal is moving on to do his own things, and we couldn't be more than proud of him.

Panic! is what he needed to make a name for himself, and now he'll be in his own band, making an even bigger name for himself.

We were backstage, and Panic! was about to go on.

We were having one very last show for him, here in LA.

"Very last show, you ready?", I asked.

"I couldn't be more disappointed. I'm really going to miss all of you, but I'll keep in touch and I'll try to see you in concert when I can.", he smiled, hugging me.

"And I'll especially miss you 3, including my middle name twin, Mr. Finn James.", he chuckled, hugging the kids.

"Panic!'s on in 5.", the sound guy said, handing everyone their in- ears.

Bren came over to us.

He did his normal routine of kissing us all on the forehead before he went on stage.

"I love you, you, you, you, and you, little Princess.", he smiled, bending down to kiss my stomach.

Yup, another little Urie was on her way.

We have her name picked out and everything, and no worries, it's definitely a girl.

"Panic!'s on in 3, 2, 1.", the sound guy yelled.

Bren shouted a quick 'Love You!' before running on stage, where they started the show with Ready To Go.

"So, Liz, what's Panic! like?", Nicole asked.

"Well, it's basically one big happy family of people who have great music talents. We hang out a bunch outside of touring and shows, and we're all very tight knitted. You're gonna fit in perfectly, I guarantee you that.", I smiled.

"Thanks, Liz.", Nicole smiled, pulling me into a side hug.

"Okay, this is our last show with our amazing bassist, Dallon.", Bren said.

The crowd groaned.

"But, we're going to end his last show properly. Dal, my buddy, this is for you. Here's Good Riddance.", he added, trying to hold back tears.

The lights dimmed as everyone turned on their flashlights.

Another turning point
A fork stuck in the road
Time grabs you by the wrist
Directs you where to go
So make the best of this test
And don't ask why
It's not a question
But a lesson learned in time
It's something unpredictable
But in the end it's right
I hope you had the time of your life
So take the photographs
And still frames in your mind
Hang it on a shelf
In good health and good time
Tattoos of memories
And dead skin on trial
For what it's worth
It was worth all the while
It's something unpredictable
But in the end it's right
I hope you had the time of your life
It's something unpredictable
But in the end it's right
I hope you had the time of your life
It's something unpredictable
But in the end it's right
I hope you had the time of your life

"God, guys. Y'all are making me cry.", Dal chuckled into the mic at the end of the song, wiping his tears.

The crowd laughed.

"But in all seriousness, thank you all so much for this opportunity. I was young when I joined this band, but look at me now, I'm a very happy father of two who is going on to start his own music career. Thank you to Bren, Dan, K*nny and Spence for accepting me into this band. A huge thank you to the Uries, who have loved me since day one, and I am so grateful to know them and to be considered a part of their family. A great thank you to my best friend, and my wife, Mrs. Breezy Dawn Weekes. My kids, Knox and Amelie, and whoever else believed in me. With all that being said, I now introduce to you, Panic! At The Disco's new bassist, Nicole Row.", he smiled.

The crowd roared as Nicole walked out from backstage.

"Nicole, as soon as I give you this bass, I am no longer a touring member of Panic! At The Disco.", he sighed.

"Yes sir.", she nodded.

"And now, I hand you this bass, that signifies my departure from this band.", he sniffled.

She nodded again.

He handed her the bass as everyone, including me began to cry.

"I was Dallon Weekes of Panic! At The Disco, thank you for the memories.", he let out a sob.

He came backstage, where I engulfed him into a hug, him being cautious of my bump.

"I love you, more than you'll ever know Dal. Thank you.", I cried.

"No, thank you, Liz. For accepting me into your family. I love you.", he replied.

He then left, and Panic! ended their set.

"C'mere baby.", Bren said, holding his arms out.

I walked to him, crying into his shoulder.

"I know love, I know.", he cooed, rubbing my back.

elizabethurie Dallon Weekes, I will always love you. Thank you for everything. Go do good things. ❤️ @dallonweekes
