Courtney's POV

Two week sure pass quickly. I now only have one day to decide which sorority I wanted become a part of . I still have no idea, which sorority I am going to choose.So I am going to write a letter to my family back home because I don't really like email or texting.This letter would be to ask them which one they think would be better for me

So I did.

Dear family, 

Hello, its me Courtney. I really miss you.

I am having a great time at college so far.

And Spring break is coming up soon.

So I will be coming home for a visit.

I cant wait too see all of you again.

I think I am a bit home sick.

I also have a special present for all of you because your so special to me

I love you so much

After putting it in the envelop I wanted to personally deliver it to the post office.

So stepped out the door and walked down the hallway a bit until someone walked up to my dorm room and opened it with her key.

I didn't bother asking her what she was doing because I didn't want to bother her.

But I was confused as of what she was doing. I didn't really want her to see me so I left to go to the post office and decided not to turn back.

When I got to the post office I had finally realized that I had forgot to ask my family about the sorority's so I stopped at the park beside the post office and pulled my letter out of the envelop and I asked them which college they though would be better for me.

When I was done I sealed it up and dropped it off in the bin.

Then I left from the post office and returned safely back to my dorm room,

I open the door and there was this girl putting on make-up inside of my room. Since she was not going to say anything to me. I decided that I was going to take the first step and introduce myself,

So I said "Hi there,  My name is Courtney,  this is my room. May ask what you are doing"

She said " hey, i'm Bree, this is my room , what the hell are you doing here"

 "Well I am your roommate I guess, it is very nice to meet you" I say as I put my hand out for her to shake

 " Oh,  , your one of those girls, please don't talk to me" She whispers

"Okay, I won't bother you, I'm sorry

 "No problem,  and don't touch any of my stuff"

 "Okay, May I ask what you are doing?"

 "No, its none of your business"

 "Okay then have fun"

I have no idea why she was being so secretive, maybe our roommate friendship will start next week, when she gets settled in.

I really cant wait for my family to respond to the letter that I sent them.

This is all so exciting.

THE NEXT DAY

 I had got a call that I had received a letter back from my family.

I was so excited to read it, so I rushed out of my room and I headed off to the post office.

As I reached the office I was so happy that I couldn't wait to go back to my room to read the letter

I opened it and read...

Hey sweetheart,

We miss you too, we are so glad that you are enjoying college, we cant wait to see you during spring break. Pick which ever sorority you would like , we know that you will make the right choice.

Love Grandma

I love my grandma so much, she has always been a very kind person to me.

I was so happy that I decided to go back to my room and do my favorite type of math. There was no time to watch television or anything, there was apparently going to be a big test tomorrow.

Anyways tonight was the night that I had to chose a sorority. But I was not sure yet. So I thought to myself, why do I have to pick one so soon, why cant I just chose when I'm ready.I loved Emily's sorority but what if I like Kennedy's more.

I should at least try Kennedy's sorority out before I make a decision.

I was never one to judge someone or something before I have tried it out first.

I couldn't really think right now because my roommate was busy blow drying her hair and it was super loud. And she even told me to stop talking to myself because she couldn't focus.

So I said "Hey Breeanna, could you please help me with something"

Oddly enough she said "Okay sure, what do you want?" It really seamed like she was actually making an effort to try to be nice to me. So I told her  that I needed help choosing a sorority

And she looked down at her phone and told me that I should join Kennedy's sorority / Eta Ro or whatever its called.

I decided that I was going to give it a chance.

So then I realized that it was getting very late. So I took out my laptop and did some studying.

Then I got a text , it was from Kennedy and it said

" B.T.Y the sorority meeting is tomorrow night, don't miss it. "

I was really nervous about tomorrow.
