"Kain!"Charmaine shouted pushing him away.
"Give me my shit them"he reached for his food.

"No. You ate most of my food so i'm going to enjoy your food"
Kain had taken Charmaine back to his/her new favorite soul food place.

"We only around the block i'll take you back to get more"

"No I'll just enjoy your food-"she stopped mid sentence seeing Tiani was calling her.

The last few days with them actually being together has been nothing but fun on both ends.

Kain finally was showing his more mellow side to Charmaine instead of playing the tough guy. Not that he wasn't but he didn't have to be that tough guy with Charmaine. Meanwhile Charmaine finally felt that she had someone genuine.

Whatever that was she had was Griff was a living hell for her,but she didn't stop her from continuing to look for love.

Charmaine smiled watching Kain type away on his phone. She didn't dare ask him who he was texting.

Kain sent his message then stuck his phone back in his pocket. He looked up meeting eyes with Charmaine, he grabbed her chin pulling her in for a kiss.

"What was that for?"
"I can't kiss you?"he raised his eyebrow.

"I can't ask you a question?"she shot back
"I see you getting comfortable testing the waters around me"

"Boy please"she laughed before feeding herself a spoonful of rice.

"Tiani is on her way over"Charmaine told Kain after reading the message she had sent.

Kain looked at the time on his watch seeing it was about time he got back to work. He had cocaine from columbia coming in today,and he had to be there to make sure he wasn't cheated out of his money.

Kain was spending sixty thousand each on the bricks of cocaine. That was hundred thousands of dollars going down the drain if he was ever cheated out of the product.

"I got to handle some business. I'll see you later"he stood up then held his long arms out helping Charmaine off the sofa.

"Alright. I'll walk you down"
"Nah I'm cool"Kain said trying to kiss her and leave but she pushed him back.

"I got to get the mail from downstairs anyway"she pushed past him.

The last thing Kain needed was Rhonda or any of her little friends talking shit if they seen them together.

He was going to have somebody do them in. He would never put his hands on a female,but those girls needed that ass tapped one good time.

They all talked shit as if their shit didn't stink.

"Nobody fucking with you in here?"Kain asked as they walked down the hallway. Charmaine had her arm locked around Kain's arm," No it's like everybody fell off the face of the earth. I haven't seen Charles...did you just- "

"Don't worry about what happened to him. I was talking about them loud ass females"

"Oh!....No they all been missing in action"she shrugged as she pulled her keys out.

"You need to move"
"I just moved "
"And you just need to move out"Kain stated in a matter of factly tone.

"Don't worry. I won't be here much longer. Just a few more months"she patted his cheek as she sorted her bills from junk mail.

"Aight I got to go before I be late"he wasted no time pressing his lips against hers.

"Call me when you get finished"Charmaine reminded him.
"Alright"with that he was our the door.

Charmaine went back up to her apartment and waited on Tiani to Show with Malani.

They had plans on taking Malani to the park so she started getting dress so she wasn't the hold up.

Tiani held her ringing phone to her ear for the fourth time. Bear still was declining her calls. She hated that she made the mistake that she did. It wasn't even with losing bear. Not having someone around really reminds you how much you miss them.

Tiani didn't even feel the same without Bear around. With him her head was always up in the cloud,she forgot all about reality. Now everything just came hitting her like a million bricks.

As expected her call was declined. She pulled into the parking space right by Charmaine before she got out she took a peep at Malani who was just starring off into space like she was in deep thought.

"You okay?"Tiani laughed
"Mhm"

They both got out the car and marched their way up to Charmaine apartment.

None other but Anastasia and Tyriee was in the hallway with their football team of  kids.

As Tiani waltzed through silence fell between the once loud and obnoxious ladies.

"Hi Tati"Malani waved. The little girl waved back before reaching to give her a hug but Tyriee pulled her daughter back.

Tiani stopped dead in her tracks giving Tyriee the death glare.

"Stupid petty ass bitch"

"It's alright Lani that's why her momma got bedbugs"

"Who the hell she talking about?"

"You dumb ass"Tiani laughed

Charmaine unlocked the door for Tiani

"Girl let me tell you I'm ready to drag these stup-"
"Eehhh"Charmaine cut her off pointing towards Malani

"I mean these girls down the hall about to catch titi Tiani fade"

"Your a mess"she shook her head then directed her attention to her daughter.

Kain finished moving the product in the warehouse. He had Bear lock up while he went to the trunk to get the money. The money was split into two duffel bags.

Almost a quater of a million dollars was spent on three bricks. Kain shut the trunk and tossed the money.

"I hope all the money is here"
Kain shot daggers at the old columbian guy with pepper and salt like hair.

"Don't come to me with that bullshit. The fuck I need to cheat you out of money for? "

"I was just saying my friend"
"Well don't just say"Kain walked off with Bear right by his side.

Kain made a mental note not to do business with this connect. They met at a auction and Kain didn't like the way he came off.

"I don't care how good his shit is I ain't doing business with him no more. Something seem off about him"

"You damn right old ass talking about I hope all the money there. He must not know who the fuck he dealing with"

Kain held his arm out for dap while he lit a blunt.

"That's what i'm talking about "
Bear looked down at his phone seeing Tiani calling him

"The fuck she want"
He declined the call and Tiani spent no time calling him back a second time.

Just like the first time he declined her again.

"I'm tired of her blowing my shit up"
"I know you want to answer that shit"Kain side eyed him taking a pull from his blunt.

"You right but,I don't want shit to do with her "he tossed his phone in his lap.

"Y'all gon' get back together"
