Charmaine was over Caroline house. That was where she been hanging out during the day for the past few days. Kain been M.I.A. It bothered Charmaine,but it was nothing that she could d sje knew how dedicated Kain was to his work.

Omarion surgery was a success. They just need him to wake from acoma. .

Although his surgery went well his ability to move his lower body was slim to none. He probably wouldn't be able to walk again.

"Ask Charmaine i'm sure she would want to go with you"Carolina came into the kitchen with Khalila on her tail.

Charmaine was confused why would she want to go out anywhere with Khalila extra ass..

"Mom you already know-"
"If Charmaine does not go with you then you can't go."

"What is Charmaine going to do?"Khalila asked with her hands on her hips.

"Don't worry about it. Either she goes or you don't go"

Caroline wanted Khalila to hang out with Charmaine. They were around the same age,but khalila hung around the wrong people. She wanted a good female influencer such as Charmaine.

She didn't mind looking out for Kain sister,but she wasn't about to be out kissing her ass.

walked into Charmaine direction. It was a championship basketball game she wanted to to to. Everybody was going to be there. Everyone always came out to show support. She really wanted to go cause she heard Jojo was going to be there.

Kalilah threw her head back. She knew she would have to ask Charmaine to go with her. Although she was just about grown she still lived under her mom roof.

"Charmaine will you go with me? I'll pay you ?"

"Does it look like i'm in need of money?"Charmaine raised her eyebrow.

"Well what can i do to get you to go out with me to the basketball game?"

"You don't need to bribe me"Charmaine was going to kill her with Kindness.

"Pause it right there"Kain told Bear.
He pausef the video.

"Look he got cornrowsKain pointed out."

"There only one young nigga I know with braids"

"Look at the jacket too."
Kain shook his head taking note.

"How you wear some designers shit when you going out to do a job like

The image of Omarion limp body laying in a pool of blood were constant flashbacks.

"Aight i'm about to go get Y. Call me later so we can swing over east and find some shit out"

Kain stretched in his chair before running hid hand over his face.

He picked his phone up seeing missed calls from Charmaine. Her words lingered in his head.

She should understand though. She knew how hard working he was.

Charmaine grabbed her purse then she grabbed her shoes.

"Girl your still here?"
Karma asked coming down the stairs.

"Yeah but i'm about to go out with Khalila real quick"

"What?!?!"Karma asked with a big smirk on her face.

"She asked me to go with her cause she couldn't go alone so I don't mind. "Charmaine explained.

"Girl even after the way she treated treated you? Shit if I were you I would go home and lay up with my boo. You been here all day and she ain't open her mouth to speak until she needed you"Karma went on.

"Well I still haven't talked to Kain. He won't pick up his phone so it's not like i got anything better to do"Charmaine shrugged.

Karma could tell she was bothered.
"Char you gotta talk to him about that"

"You know how many times we have and he say i know i know he apologies then everything is alright until he does it again"she shook her head.

Charmaine pulled her hair up into a ponytail to stop it from falling in his fave.

Karma felt bad for her. She knew how much it bothered her.

"I mean why are we even together. His job is more important to him than i am."Charmaine said.

"Don't say that"Karma kissed her teeth.
"Nah but it's true
He will come around when he ready too fuck then he goes right back to ignoring me. That's exactly what he is doing."Charmaine said shaking her head.

"But Char he loves you-"
"That's questionable at this point. If he loved me he would care about my feelings. He wouldn't ignore me. I know what i got to do"

Karma puckered her lips. . She didn't know what that meant,but she was going to leave it at that.

"Alright. Have fun i guess. I'll keep an eye on Malani. Reggie is going to drop the kids off a little later"Karma told her. Reggie was Karma baby father.

"Thank you"Charmaine gave her a hug before leaving out to start the car.

Khalila was right behind her. Charmaine popped the locks so Kalila could get in.

"I'll give you the directions."Khalila.

Charmaine phone went off. She picked it up and saw it was Kain. She declined the call. Hr could wait. ...

Charmaine backed out of the driveway on to the main road.

"Thank you,and i am sorry for being a bitch to you"Khalila spoke up.

Charmaine cracked a smile.
"It's fine" Kalila attitude never bothered Charmaine. She didn't have no hard feelings towards her.

"Keep straight?"Charmaine asked.

"Yeah then get off at the exit."

Kain tried calling Charmaine again. She didn't answer. He wanted her to be ready when he got to his parents house

He called her phone for the fourth time and he was sent to her voicemail..

He called Karma. He knew they were probably hanging out

"Hello"Karma answered.
"Wassup?"Kain asked.

"Nothing. You looking for Char?"she knew her brother all too well.

"Yeah. Tell her to call me"
"Oh she just left out"Karma said. She wasn't going to tell him where

"Where she at?"
"Oh I don't know"Karma shrugged.

Kain knew she was ignoring him.
Kain had his ways. He was going to find out where she was at.

"Just go right "Khalila told Charmaine. She put on her turning signal.

Karma started fixing her self up.

She loved to make an appearance.

"Then you can park anywhere over there." Kalila told her.

harmaine didn't like being around a bunch of people,but she didn't think about it earlier.

After finding a parking space she grabbed her wallet and phone. Kalilah happy ass was already out the car

The game was already twelve minutes in,but Charmaine did not care..

This is not a finished Chapter. I really wanted to make it super long however i am about to leave and i know if i didnt publish it now you guys would be waiting even longer.

While im out i will start the next update hopefully I can have it finished before tomorrow.
