Charmaine grabbed Malani plate off the table placing it in the sink.

"Thanks"she thanked the chef as she made her way out the kitchen. Charmaine was waiting for Kain to come back from his early meeting.

Charmaine grabbed her laptop ready to finish her paper. She had until midnight to get it done.

The last two days she spent messing around with Kain,and she hasn't been able to get any work done.

Malani sat beside Charmaine practicing her math. Just cause she want there to be in school didn't mean she would stop learning. Charmaine wanted Malani to be as smart as she could be.

After getting comfortable on the couch Charmaine grabbed her phone calling Tiani on facetime. Therefore,she could multitask.

"Mhhhhhhmmm"Tiani answered. Charmaine looked up from her keyboard with a frown.

"What?"Charmaine question.
"Hi tt"Malani. Interrupted while trying to be seen in the camera. Her hair was all in Charmaine face. Charmaine handed the phone off to Malani

"Hey baby how are you?"Tiani asked. Her energy had changed. Charmaine knew she was upset about something.

.... 10 minutes later

"What's up ?"Charmaine asked.
"Well about time you asked. Tiani said over exaggerating  "While you out there living lavish and what not a bitch is going through it."she shook her head.

Charmaine had to shut her Mac book and give Tiani her undivided attention.

"Spill the tea on me"Charmaine said anxious. Sat crossed crossed in her seat giving Tiani her undivided attention.

"Well the other day I ran into Ant at the grocery store and ever since he been trying to hit me up. I changed my number after that situation,so how does he have it?"

Charmaine pursed her lips.

"Did you tell Bear?"
"Not yet. I wanted to,but I don't know. What if he docent believe me and think were still messing around?"

"Tiani you did your dirt,but what is a relationship without trust? Tiani if I were you I would just tell him cause if he see those messages in ya phone on his own time then you already know all hell is bound to break loose"

"I guess you right,How is Columbia treating you?"Tiani sighed.

"Alright I guess. We haven't done much but sit in the house cause Kain been out,but after I'm finished with this paper were going to go down to the market."Charmaine told her.

She wasn't going to wait on Kain. Even though he would get upset with her. She didn't care.

"Bring me something back."Tiani asked.

Charmaine was finishing up Malani hair. They were going to leave soon. The last two days Kain haven't came back until nine when it was too late to even go out.

"Alright. Grab your small bag"Charmaine told Malani. The driver was out front waiting on them.

"I got you."Bianca said.
Kain looked at at her while sipping his drink.

He went out for drinks with her while they discussed business. Bianca was Jose niece ,and his assistant.

"These reckless mistakes got to stop"Kain stressed. Yeah it was the first time but this one mistake could have messed his money up.

"Don't worry about it I got you."she placed her hand over Kain hand.

He left it there for a second before moving it.
"Tell me how have you been?"she openly flirted. She ran her hands through her hair while she battered her eye lashes. She missed the old times.

Years ago Kain and Bianca messed around when he was in Columbia more frequently.

"Same shit you know"he told her while checking his phone.

"Settled down yet?"she cocked her head to the side.

Kain could only smirk. Those days with Bianca She was a handful.

"I see you haven't.  She wanted Kain to say it for himself. She knew Kain was FINALLY committed. He wore a gold name plate around his neck with Charmaine name on it,and she seen his screen saver.

However Kain never answered her question. Not cause he was hiding Charmaine,but because he didn't need Bianca in his business.

"It's okay. I know your committed "she got up out of her seat.

Charmaine and Malani was walking through the market. They had a little bit of everything clothes,accessories, shoes,food ect.

This is beautiful. "Charmaine gasped at the beaded necklace.

Unfortunately it was too small for Charmaine it was made for a smaller person like Malani.

"Imma still get it" she thought to her self. She grabbed four dollars out her purse giving it to the vendor.

Charmaine loved the vibe. The festive music,the smell of all kinds of foods!

Charmaine had been walking for every bit of thirty minutes and her feet were hurting and Malani had to use the bathroom.

She was going to wait until they got near the stores.

Smiles were everywhere and there was nothing but good spirits.

Charmaine seen Kain message,but she didn't feel the need to reply. She wanted to enjoy herself.

"Come on" she told Malani. She held her skirt with one hand as she walked. She didn't want the bottom to catch any dirt or dust.

Charmaine face turned up as they walked closer to the source of the music. It was coming from a bar that was on the strip.

Charmaine continued walking down the strip trying to find somewhere she could take Malani to use the bathroom.

"Mommy that's Kain"Malani said pointing in the bar"she said walking in the direction which she pointed in.

"No it's. No-"Charmaine got a good look at Kain and she caught the eyes of him and the female who was all up on him.
She sat close to him and she touched Him just to be touching him.

"Kain!"Malani ran to him. Kain looked up making contact with Malani. Once he saw her he looked around then his eyes locked with Charmaine.

Bianca was confused. There was no way Kain could have been a father.

Kain went to pick up Malani,but Charmaine stormed over.

"No Malani come on"Charmaine shook her head.

Kain wasn't going to fight with her in public especially while Malani was with her.

"Your such a sad case"Charmaine shook her head. Why was Kain with another female at the bar while he was suppose to be working.

"I take it as your Charmaine"Bianca said shocking Kain. He didn't tell her Anything about Charmaine.

"Yes"she snapped back.
"Love,there is nothing to worry about. Were doing business together . I don't mix business with pleasure. .. At least not  anymore."she smirked.

"That petty shit don't fly with me. So come correct or don't speak at all."Charmaine want dumb. Obviously Kain ducked her before.

Kain was shocked by Charmaine choice of words. Charmaine wasn't the type to curse unless she was pissed off. The only curse words she said on the regular was damn and hell.

"I guess this meeting is over. Kain you have my number call me when you don't have a mad woman on your hands. "

Charmaine grabbed Malani hand storming out. She didn't want to  think  would ever cheat on her,but the whole situation seemed weird. Why was he with some girl at the bar? That want even an appropriate place to discuss business then the way she kept touching his arms was not an easing sight.

Had the shoe been on the other foot Kain would have been just as upset to see Charmaine being touched on let alone close to another man.

It was safe to say they were selfish and jealous.

Kain was going to talk to Charmaine when they got back to the house. He was going to let her rock out as of now.

Pain's attitude seem too nonchalant. However that was your typical Kain.

"How you getting home?"Kain asked her as he followed her down the strip.

"The same way I got here."she rolled her eyes

Kain didn't say nothing more. He would deal with her later on.
