"Thank you we will give you a call back as soon as possible" the lady said. Charmaine had to start finding jobs as quick as she could. So far today she had three interviews. She hated that it had came down to the fact she was desperate to make a living.
Charmaine defiantly wasn't the type to rely on someone else help.

It was nice and all ,but getting it out the mud on her own was even better. Charmaine walked through the two double doors of the hospital. Yesterday for the first time she saw Malani making progress. When she grabbed her hand. Malani gave it a light squeeze. Charmaine hasn't heard from any of Griff family in a while which in a way worried her.

She took the elevator up to Lani's room. The bell dinged and the doors open and she came face to face with a fimiliar face. He gave her a simple head nod then put his attention back on his phone. Charmaine stepped out walking to Malani's room. She washed her hands then returned to Lani's bed side. She grabbed Lani's hand squeezing it but Lani did not respond.
Charmaine sighed heavily .

One week later

"Sorry. Maybe around holiday season you will have more luck " so far Charmaine was turned down one of the jobs she applied for. She nodded her head leaving Walmart. Even they weren't interested in her. Tiani invited her out for a drink while they chat,but Charmaine did not have time to fool around. She walked out the store and to the nearest bus stop. After a ten minute walk she came to the bus stop. Two elder women were already there talking amongst themselves.
"Girl maybe we can go to this club Red" one lady said to the other while pointing at the flyer.
"I am too old to be at somebody's club shaking my ass. Them days been over six years ago "
"Gracie you always uptight loosen up a bit"
Charmaine read the flyer hanging up.

"I would never "Charmaine said thinking to her self. If she didn't get the job at the pharmacy or as a receptionist at the doctor office she was screwed. She couldn't go to college cause Griff made her stay home with lani all the time. Before Griff came in the picture Charmaine had her mind set on being a dentist or working in a dental lab. Ever since middle school that's what she had her mind set on doing. She needed a place to stay desperately and lately she hasn't had enough money to buy her self a meal .
The bus pulled up and she gathered her things standing in the short line. Before the woman in front of her stepped on

Charmaine ran back getting the flyer. Money was money and someone had to pay the cost of her living. Charmaine caught the bus back to the hotel she was staying at. 

"Two hours....I got two hours"

"Nigga you ain't got to worry bout me. I'm already here"
"A'ight i'm just checking"
"Why don't yo ass get down here. This is your club after all"
"I know that. I left you in charge cause I ain't got time to do that shit. I still got a operation to run outside of this club shit"

"Don't hire no funky ass bitches you hear?

Kain sat his phone down filling out a paper for his next shipment.
"Ya'll sell all that shit from last week?" He asked one of the corner boys who stood infront of him
"Twan just went over Chestnut with the rest of it"
Kain nodded his head filling out the rest of the paper.
"So we ran out of everything I brought a week ago?" Kain asked just to be sure.
"Yeah the only stuff we have left is our weed. We don't got no meth,cocaine,heroin,perks,molly no-"
"I get it " Kain said.
"So what we suppose to do for the rest of the day?"
"There ain't shit to do until I have Jack put this order in. "

" go let everybody know. If you see Jack give this to him. If not give it to the guard.
Kain got up from his seat walking out behind his corner boy.

Buggs handed Kain the mirror. His hair was cut to the T  Kain had good hair so even when he was due for a cut he still looked nice. His hair was neatly lined up,and Buggs cut it down some.

"This shit nice" Kain pulled fifty out of his pocket handing it to Buggs.
"Good look man, say around what time you coming.
"I'll be there​ about ..four thirty. Just to make sure everything is in tack.

Charmaine stood in the line side by side with twenty other females that showed up. He was testing their dancing skills. Making them dance on the pole,Twerk and other shit.

Charmaine wasn't a big dancer...infact she didn't even know half of the things he was asking her to do. "Aye make that ass clap... Make that ass clap "the guy cheered laughing while clapping his hands he sat back watching all the females twerk. Charmaine had no Idea what she was doing.  You would have thought she was just fucking around

"Aaaaaaannnnnnddddd....Stop"
The music cut off and all the females stood up straight.
He pointed nine of the women and looked at the rest.
"Ya'll can. Go "he said pointing to the door. Charmaine sighed. Turned down yet another job. The easiest job in the world. How hard could it be to shake your ass
Her head dropped feeling defeated and tired.

She went the the chair where her belongings were. Grabbing a hair tie she pulled her hair up into a ponytail.
"Aye uh...Charle- Charmaine right?"

"Yes"
"You real beautiful. You just can't shake your ass for shit."he stopped to laugh

" We still short a bottle girl, you interested? I offered the other girls but they ain't want it"
"Y-yes"
" aight. You gon have to start today in... Three hours to start preparing. Is that fine"
"Okay that's fine!"Charmaine smiled.
"Alright... You only allowed to wear black or white understand"
"Yup"
"Cool. By next week i'll have your schedule. "
"That was easy "Charmaine said out loud to herself.
"So you think "Omarion chuckled. Raising his eyebrow.
