Chapter 98: Pull Off Evidence

The Dragon Empire's marriage certificate was made up of two small red books, with the Empire's coat of arms on the cover, the first page of which opened up to the date of registration and license number. The next few pages contained basic information on the certificate holder and the last page was the blessing.

The book was thin, but it felt good to the touch and was of a quality that it could be an heirloom if kept well.

This was the first time Shen Mian had seen a marriage certificate, and when he got it, he flipped it over and over for a while. The content of the marriage certificate of the empire was similar to that of human civilization. He lost interest after a few glances and started to think about the registered residence accounts of the two little dragon cubs.

He Xing put the two little books together and took several photos and sent them to his parents, Yan Huan, Yan Zhou, Zong Chi, Zhao Xingchen and more.

His Majesty the Emperor and Her Royal Highness the Princess were the first to reply. The Emperor sent several photos, replying, "So you're getting married just like this? Shabby... I've prepared a few gifts for you."

t/n: since someone said something last time, i forgot lol, i'll be leaving the empress as princess.

He Xing clicked on the pictures, which were: a long, hidden collection of messy photos and a book called "Harmonious Family".

He Xing: Is this the book you copied?
Every time the Emperor annoyed his mother with his nonsense, he was thrown into the study to copy this book.

His Majesty the Emperor: Family heritage.

He Xing: Don't give it to me. If you give it to me, I'll break the father-son relationship with you. My dean is already very good at fixing me, can you let your own son go?

The Crown Prince blocked his own father and decided to pretend he hadn't seen anything.

Then, He Xing added several layers of filters to the photo of the marriage certificate and solemnly sent it to Vick.

After Dean Shen handed over the little red book, he waited for He Xing to show it off to half of his list. Only then did he give a subtle hint. "It's not even two o'clock yet, should we do something else."

He Xing put away the marriage certificates, turned around and hugged Shen Mian. "Yes! I made reservations at a revolving restaurant in the city centre."

The entrance to the Civil Affairs Bureau was full of greasy and crooked newlyweds. He Xing was already very restrained. When Shen Mian came out, there was a pair of little lovers kissing under a tree.

Dean Shen, with a paralyzed face, allowed He Xing to pick him up, no matter how heavy he was, but gave only one warning: "If you dare pick me up horizontally, I'll commit domestic violence."

Note: Domestic violence is not good. Do not commit domestic violence.

He Xing kissed him restrainedly. "But I'm so happy."

"Give me a kiss, I just kissed you." He Xing stickily sniffed around Shen Mian's neck. "Give me a kiss."

Shen Mian moved his face away and looked around- everyone passing by was a dragon.
He slightly frowned at He Xing for a moment and under the adult dragon's gaze, he pulled down his mask and kissed He Xing between his brows, then put it back on. "Let's go. There's no need to fear being photographed."

The corners of He Xing's mouth under his mask quirked up. "Then I'll give them wedding candy."

Shen Mian dragged him in the direction of the public security department. "I suggest you ask for a gift."

......

Shen Mian and He Xing had a legally recognised relationship and during the process of transferring the household registrations, he did not encounter any obstacles. He already had custody of the two cubs and was the optimal choice to be their parents, so the household registration department immediately transferred their household registration right after they obtained their certificate. In less than 20 minutes, Xing Fei and Gian were, in a legal sense, He Xing and Shen Mian's dragon cubs.

The Household registration employee asked, "Do you need to change your name or surname?"
The employee was calm on the outside but in reality, their hands behind the workbench were about to squeeze the quantum computer- it was His Royal Highness and Dean Shen! The internet was still arguing about what kind of partner they were going to get in the future. Who knew they were already together!

The employee's hands were shaking with excitement: My Dragon God, this is such powerful news that it would have instantly exploded all the social networks if it came out!

Gian and Xing Fei were names that the old dean gave and Shen Mian didn't want to change his name and didn't matter if their surnames were given to them or not. In the future, when the dragon cubs grew a little older, they could make their own decisions.

Shen Mian was indifferent. "No need, just transfer the household registration."

Employee, "Have you both discussed this?"

He Xing nodded.

The employee clicked to confirm, uploaded the electronic file of the document into the database and returned the account, with three extra pages added to it, back to Shen Mian. "Have a nice life, both of you and enjoy your time with your children."

Shen Mian went through his account and handed it over to He Xing again.

His Royal Highness happily read it several times, put it together with the red books and walked while leaning towards Shen Mian.

Shen Mian turned his head sideways, his face still cold (wooden), but he had no intention of avoiding it at all.

The employee in the back, watching from behind and biting their fingers: Wu wu wu, a beautiful love. They are too good, too real and too well matched. The marshal was obviously a good alpha but also super spoiled and the dean's helpless expression was too doting!

......

Two three-year-old raspberry plants were transplanted into the backyard of the childcare centre, bought by Teacher Teng Wan out of her own pocket. This kind of plant was not the same plant Shen Mian recognised. Th3 plant could only grow to a height of one meter and the fruit could grow to the size of his finger in clusters. When matured, the whole tree could be covered in hanging tender red fruit.

Vegetarian dragons liked to eat jam made from raspberries.

The raspberries were delicate and difficult to serve. They almost wilted when they first came to the centre. After adapting to the centre's soil and water, the raspberries became the strongest crop in the entire eco-field under the care of abilities.

It was approaching June: raspberry harvest season. The raspberries were both male and female trees, so both trees had a patch of fragrant raspberries hanging from them and the faint scent of raspberry fruit could be smelt when passing underneath.

When Shen Mian passed by the eco-field, his shoulder swept by the trailing branches and a few ripe fruits fell off. He looked up. "It's time to pick these fruits as well."

Teng Wan, who was picking fruits and vegetables in the eco-field to make afternoon tea for the dragon cubs, was busy nodding. "A lot of them have fallen off already, so why don't we pick them all today? Raspberries are nutritious and it's good to have a nutritionist make jam for the dragon cubs to sweeten their mouths."

Shen Mian held the fallen raspberry in his hand. The grains were full and the ripeness was just right. When it fell and broke a little, the light red juice oozed out from within the broken skin and even just a small piece gave off a fresh and sweet aroma.
Shen Mian bent down to put the raspberries in Teng Wan's small basket. "Mn, you can have the little dragon cubs from the gardening class help. After you pick them, put them in the kitchen and I'll add them to your meals."

It would be best to give Rhein more exercise. Since the gardening class had enclosed a place for the cubs, the little salted fish sat every day in the middle of his eco-field, stretched his wings and shook them serenely from time to time to let the phosphorus powder fall naturally.

So the plants in the eco-field, the closer to the center they were, became more lush, like a deliberately trimmed flower bed.

Teng Wan smiled and nodded. "Alright, Dean. We'll pick up all the raspberries today."

Shen Mian, "I'll come help in a bit."

Teng Wan's gardening class was after afternoon tea. After Shen Mian accompanied the dragon cubs to pick raspberries with the gardening class. As soon as he got up, all the dragon cubs clamored to their feet and lined up to follow Shen Mian.

When Shen Mian turned around, he saw the big, blinking eyes of the little dragon cubs.

Shen Mian, "I'm going to pick raspberries. The dragon cubs in the other classes should be ready to go to class."

He Xing had just finished drinking a nutrient solution- Marshal He had to drink a nutrient solution for afternoon tea, otherwise he would get hungry.

He Xing raised his hand. "Dean, I want to cut class."

Shen Mian, "No, you can't. Take your little dragon cubs and go to class."

He Xing gave a long sigh and silently said something. Shen Mian swept over his eyes and mouth, guessing "once you get it, you don't cherish it".

Dean Shen didn't pay attention to him and patted the little dragon cubs. "Let's go."

Rhein and Xi Yuan followed Shen Mian outside.

Gian, Ming Mengmeng and Richard, who had already finished class, looked around and followed them under the envious eyes of their friends.

Today was the day that three cubs came to class.
Ms Teng Wan wiped her mouth, smiled and nodded at the other childcare teachers, stood up gracefully and floated out.

The other childcare teachers, "..."

Eco-field:
Shen Mian laid soft mats under the raspberries to protect as many as possible that had fallen during the picking process and then distributed baskets to the cubs so they could pick the raspberries underneath, or pick up the fallen fruit.

Shen Mian and Teng Wan each took a pair of scissors to cut down the fruits that were clustered. When the branches shook, some of the ripe or not well grown raspberries fell off. Ming Mengmeng and Xi Yuan hurried to pick them up.

Ming Meng Meng followed behind Xi Yuan and buried herself in picking them up, finding that she had picked up a small handful of colorful beads about the size of the raspberries.

Ming Mengmeng looked at the basket, which was full of red raspberries.

Ming Mengmeng abruptly raised her head and raised her hand high. "Dean!"

Shen Mian turned around and came over. "Did your hand get pricked? Or are there bugs?"

Ming Mengmeng spread her hands. "Not a bug. I found mutated raspberries! There are so many colors and they look so cute, like little bubbles!"

Shen Mian, "..."

Dean Shen was calm on the outside, but his gaze slowly shifted to Xi Yuan, who was in front of Ming Mengmeng.

A small coloured bead stretched from the front of Ming Mengmeng to the back of Xi Yuan.

Wherever the big dumpling like a glutinous rice ball went, a thorn dropped. The small thorns even looked like raspberries.
