The two look at each other, with hard eye contact. One with sad eyes and the other with eyes of guilt.

Landon never knew he had no choice but to talk to adan on why he never answered his message.

Landon goes up to Adan, while adan looks at him with a confused face, but before landon barely got to talk to adan the bartender asks a question.

"Sir? Do you want another drink?" She asks.

Landon looks up at the bartender recognizing her from the voice.

"Rachel?" "Hi thats me."

Rachel was the girl he told slurs to back in middle school, but maybe she forgot.

"Oh my gosh, you're Landon." She said realizing. She chuckled by the way she remembered him.

"Yeah." He said and nervously chuckles.

"Well Landon its nice seeing you again but I need to make cash." She laughed and left.

Now it really was time Landon had to face adan. He walks over to him, thinking about what to say while hes getting more and more nervous.

"Adan." Landon says. Adan turns around and tries to apologize to Landon about him talking to another guy.

"Landon Im sorry you saw that I was talking to someone else, I mean it was nothing I swear I just bought him a drink and we laughed, he probably wasn't even gay, or I think, but that wasn't the problem, Im sorry Landon.

Landon couldn't believe what he said. Adan didn't even mention the message, something Landon couldn't get off his mind for days and weeks.

"Theres no need to apologize, I mean it was a one night stand right? So I think there was no point of us, and plus.. you never answered me back." Landon finally got stuff off his chest.

"Look Im sorry I swear Landon." Adan tries to apologize many times. "Im just trying to distract myself from you. I don't want you to think I wasn't good enough for you. I decided that I should distance myself because I don't want to make a mistake I did on my last relationship."

"Landon?"

Landon didn't know what to say after that. He was basically flabbergasted.
He thought that he was the problem, that he was the reason that texted him, the reason why he talked to him in the first place, the reason that he let him into his own house, the reason that they didn't answer him. Landon over thinked it so much.

"Adan what did I do wrong for you to do that?"
