Lighting A Fire Part 3

"What Noo!! NO!!" I began to shout, grabbing onto the tree branch with my life. While the troll was trying to me off with it's grubby fingers.

"Let go of me!!!!" I screeched. Making a chill hit the company below. I kicked my legs in rage, slamming it right into the jaws of the troll. "OOW!"

"YEEAAAH!!" The Dwarves cheered, from their little corner. *Glare....* The other troll looks at them with a nasty stare. Shutting them up.

" NO NO NoOO! I'm not letting GO!" I shout again, as I being getting pulled back more, my hands sliding across the branch, feeling the small scrapes in my palms. "OOOooo a fighter we have here, this will make a great meal."

"What?! NEVER! I shout. *YANK!* I suddenly get pulled back, on the last point of the branch. ""TCH!" I kicked again hitting the ugly troll once again.

"OW! GRR come on!! stupid girl!! LET GO!"

"N-noooooooooo!!!! and get eaten by you. HELL NO!" I felt a tear come to my eyes, as I remember the visions of rabbits running free in the field. Till I saw a pair of them get brought back to camp. My heart sunk knowing they were going to be gone before I knew it. The rabbit's were still alive for about an hour before all that. I personally crawled up to them bringing them fresh grass, and little flowers they liked to eat.

I became their friend, petting them speaking to them softly. Praying that their passage wasn't could to be painful.

"COME ONE!" *YANK!* In a flash of my single tear dropping, I was torn away from the branch, while everyone looked in horror seeing me swing at the air. They were speechless.

"Over the fire! hurry get on with it!" Ordered the other. "!!!!!" I snapped my head over Thorin, Kili, and Fili. Staring at them, asking them from a distance on what will happen to me. I knew they couldn't help me, but still...

Their kind eyes only looked back in horror to me. Fili began to sway in anger in his tied up state, he was facing down into the dirt, rolling. While the others were piled on top of each other. Kili, and Thorin had front row seats of what was going down.

'D-don't look at me like that...' Thorin told himself, averting his eyes for a moment, but still landing back on my form getting tied down onto the wood with a few others, I was placed right on top of Bofur basically, making me closer to the fire if it turned.

'W-what do you expect me to do..?' Thorin looked back up with saddened eyes. The brothers had no words to describe their feelings right now, they feared for me the most at this point. I was the closest to danger at this point, and the fire was looking hotter than before.

However, I was not done just yet. 'No...way...' I gripped my fist that was tied down. "L-ass....?" Bofur called to me from below. We began to roll. "Waaaah...h!" The dwarves began to shout around me, as I looked down feeling myself get closer to the fire. Kili kicked his bag like mad, trying to free himself. Only to have no hope, even Bilbo looked horrified. Kili still couldn't get up in a proper position, he was stuck facing down.

'H-hot.....oww....' I now faced right down into the fire. I could feel myself heat up painful, it made my head, hurt. I knew I was injured a bit from what happened, but I didn't care. I wasn't going to give up now.

Then I swallowed. "Hey, Trolls..!?" I called out to them. They all turned their heads to me like I'm stupid. "Wot the hell do you want now? pretty dwarf women?' 'Well a accompaniment, and an insult that's nice..' I wasn't sure how to take that.It only made me feel the fire burn in me more.

" I got a question for you. If I may ask." "MMMH, Fine speak. But you are only prolonging your death."

This was a shock to everyone, even the dwarves tied up with me stayed quiet, to listen int to my words. "You know, how you wish to cook us?"

"What the...??" The dwarves thought in quiet.

"Yeah?, and wot of it?" Reapplied a troll. "Well i'm pretty sure you have. Let's say you have caught rabbits for supper, and you were hungry, and had to deal with them before eating. "Yeaah??? and." The troll's looked at me confused, but something clicked into Kili's mind. He looked back up at Thorin with a crank of his neck, who was looking out with shock written on his face. Fili even stopped moving, who just looked up at a awkward angle.

We still spun slowly around, as I spun my words. "Well, we are all living beings here in middle earth. Wouldn't you feel a bit sad for them? Knowing you had to kill them for a meal."

"They are FOOD! nothing less, plus there are many out there in the world." Another hollered.

"BUT! * I raised my voice* What if that was you!? that was going to die for another's meal. Wouldn't you shed at least one tear? knowing you would take a life." I looked the troll dead in the eye. As I felt tears suddenly pile up in my eyes. Remembering the soup I had to carry around.

"Wouldn't you pity them for them moment!?" I narrowed my eyes, as I began to face down towards the fire now. Everyone was quite, even the Trolls had to think of something to say. A sharp ping stung the heartstrings of every dwarf in the area, who watched this.

Kili, and Fili's eyes went wide. Realizing something.

The tears suddenly went loose in my eyes, and fell down into the fire. *SShshstT sHH!!!* The fire crackled from them. They rolled endlessly down my face. Thorin, and Kili felt a chill his them as they saw something they did not want to see.

"Well even so they are FOOD! it is life, and you are on the menu." We suddenly began to turn above the fire. "!!" My eyes widen in shock. 'They really didn't have hearts on the matter. I felt the heat of the fire start getting to me, sweat poured down my back. The smoke began to make me dizzy.., and feel lightheaded.

"HEY! Listen to me!" I shout one last time. "WHAt now!? Can't you see where are busy!?"

"I suggest you untie me now!" I swallowed. "Unless you want vomit all over your food, and that wouldn't taste quite good." I hissed.

They dumb troll's eyes widen. "Ah eww!!" He screeches, sudden grabbing me, slamming me into, a sack tossing me towards the pile.

Only to come down, and nailing Thorin in the face with my body. *crack!* Then sliding down just missing Kili, and slump down right next to Fili on the ground. I was facing up with a pained, sick feeling in my stomach. I could see Thorin hissing in pain. While Kili looked at me in concern.

"__-____ are you* cough* alright?" A whispered of Fili came next to my ear, behind me head. I couldn't reply from how sick I felt from all the spinning. I set my head back only to see the face of the blonde prince upside down looking at me with the same concern on his face as his brother. I tried to move closer to to me, by dragging his body, so he could prop my head up with his side, so my head wasn't on the cold hard ground anymore. Still his efforts was futile.

I layed there in a daze trying to calm down my heart, it was all I could do now. I tried so hard to free us, but in the end I was only to get farther back from the fire, and with my wrists bound, and inside a sack, I was useless like the rest of them.

Kili began kicking in anger, as the other began to panic. "We should squash them into jelly." One thought. "No, they should be saute with a sprinkle of sage." The dwarves began crying out loud, as the troll really did just season them. "IS this really necessary?" One of them questioned.

I could only hear light words now. "I don't fancy being turned to stone." Was what reached my ear.

"Wait!!" Suddenly Bilbo popped up in the sack, now standing before the trolls. "You are making a terrible mistake."

"You can't reason with them, their half wits!" Dori called out from above the fire.

" I meant, w-with the seasoning." Stated the hobbit. 'T-the hell is he talking about??' I wondered.

"Wot about the seasoning???" The one troll looked down on Bilbo. "Well have you smelt them? Your are going to need a lot more than sage to land this lot up."

Sudden anger pulsed through us. "Traitor!" One of them hollered. "What do you know about cooking dwarf, Shutup!"

"Let the flurgerberbler of the hobbit talk.." The lower voiced troll said. This made a smirk come to Bilbo's face as he began to talk.

"Yes, I'm getting to that. Thhhe....secret to cooing dwarf is to, skin them first.

Everyone:" What?!?!" The dwarves began to thrash once again. "Tome get me filleting knife."

"What a load of rubbish! I've eaten plenty with their skins on." "E's right, nothing wrong with a bit of raw dwarf!" Suddenly Bombur was picked up, and hung above the troll's open mouth.

I just lay there unable to really speak, but I somewhat laughed to myself with how these stupid trolls were reacting. "Ah, not that one! he's infected."

"EEH?" The dim one spoke. "Yeah, he's got worms in his tubes."

"EEWWW!" Suddenly throwing the large dwarf right back at us. "UGH!" Kili groaned in pain, for once I was thankful to be on the dirt. I didn't need broken bones. "Actually they're all infected, I really wouldn't risk it. I wouldn't"Bilbo looked at them so convincing it made me giggle to myself, even though I was half dead tired.

"Did he just say..parasit-" Kili: We don't have parasites!! You have parasites!" Protested Kili. 'Well there goes my plan...' Bilbo rolled his eyes.

"We don't!" Kili spat. "What are you talking about laddy!-" *THUD!* Suddenly Thorin kick's the back of Kili's bag. Making them all go blank for a moment. 'Here it comes....one.....two...-'

"I've got parasites as big as my arm" Kili: "I've got the biggest parasites, I've got huge parasites!!" 'Oh dear....I thought to myself.'

"Mine are disgusting as well! because I am sick from them at the moment!" I called out. Making Thorin grin at this a tad.

"Were riddled! Yes riddled!" A few dwarves spoke from above the fire.

"And what would you have us to do? Let em all go!?" The troll pokes Bilbo. "Well.." He tilted his head. "Don't think, I don't know what you're up to!" He went back to the fire. "He's taking us for fools!"

When suddenly with my blurry eyes, that I couldn't barely keep open. I see a figure standing above the ledge. '..Ugh..s-so...sleepy.....'

"The Dawn Will Take You ALL!"

I closed my eyes, blocking out sounds around me. I could finally relax my sore body, as if I didn't care anymore.
