Makayla's POV:

Time skip 2 years later:

I kiss Mal's forehead and she started to wake up so I kissed her again. Mal's eyes then slowly opened.

"Good morning Mrs Heath". Mal smiled widely at the sound of her name.

Mal and I got married a month ago now. I proposed to her on New years eve. A lot of people said it was too early for us but we didn't care. I know I'm only ever going to love Mal and I love how much she cares about us.

"Morning Baby". Mal kisses me passionately making me smile.

"Are you ready for today"? Mal asks me.

"Yeah, I'm ready to host a lot of people and children running around the house all hyper". Mal laughed and kisses me again.

"It'll be okay, I'm right here with you and everyone will help as well". I smiled and cuddled back into Mal's arms.

"Yeah. Happy birthday beautiful". I say and kiss Mal again passionately.

"Thank you, baby".

Mal and I cuddled for a bit longer before getting up and taking a nice but tame shower. We then got dressed and went downstairs. 

Once we made sure everything was set up downstairs we decided to go on wake up duty. We decided it would be easier to split up to conquer. 

*Knock Knock*

I didn't hear any movement but I did hear a bit of muffled and mumbled speech. So I opened the door and walked to the bed to see my 15 yr old laying still asleep. I laid on the other side of the bed and moved her hair out of her face before kissing her on the forehead. 

"Jamie it's time to wake up".

Jamie turned towards me and slowly opened her eyes.

"Morning". I smiled at her.

"Morning Mum".

"You ready for today"? Jamie nodded.

"Okay I'll leave you to get ready. I'll see you downstairs and I'll have your breakfast ready". Jamie nodded so I left her room and headed downstairs.

Mal was already there drinking her morning coffee and she handed me my breakfast shake.

"Thank you, baby". Mal wrapped her arm around me and I cuddled into her. We stayed like that for a little while drinking our drinks before we got started on making breakfast.

It's now about 2'olock and everyone has arrived and for Mal's birthday. We've finished eating and it's time for presents.

Mal opens her gifts from the red stars which they decided to get her joke and funny gifts.

The national team all decided to put their money together and surprise us both with a trip to wherever we wanted to for our honeymoon as we haven't gone yet due to being busy working and looking after the kids.

It was now time for the present from me. Mal got the box and got rid of the wrapping paper. She was then met with a black box with gold writing engraved on it. Mal looked at me confused but I just smiled at her. She then opened the box and gasped at what was inside. It was a gold necklace with 3 solid gold bars with Mine, Riely's and Jamie's name on.

Mal started crying and came over and hugged and kissed me passionately.

"Turn around baby I'll put it on for you". Mal turned around and I moved her hair out of the way before putting the necklace on her and connecting the clasp.

Mal looked at it then turned around and kissed me again.

It was now Riley and Jamie's turn. I started recording with my phone. They handed Mal her gift.

Mal opened the wrapping and then opened the envelope to find a piece of paper in it. She read what was on it and started crying.

Mal then hugged them both. "Will you Mama"? Riley asked.

Mal nodded while still crying and holding them. "Yes, I'll adopt you both".

After a lot of crying, hugging and partying it was late and time for everyone to go. Mum and Mama were last. I hugged Mum first. "I love you Mum". "I love you too Makayla". Mum decided to not let me go. "Mama help".

"Chris, babe you have to let her go". Mama said.

"No, we could always just kidnap her". I laugh. "Mum I'm not going anywhere I'm staying right here".

"I know. Also we best not get a call saying you've adopted another child at 4 in the morning again".

"We'll try not to". I wink at Mal who laughs.

"Okay". Mum let me go and then Mama hugs me and kisses my forehead. "I love you Mk". "I love you too Mama".

"Mama"?

"Yeah"?

"Thank you".

Mama pulled away slightly from the hug to look at me. "What for"?

"For giving me a Fresh Start". Mama smiled and they left leaving me with my forever family.
