Makayla's POV:

I heard whispering right next to me which I was curious about who was talking and what they were saying, so I started to listen, but all I heard was "I want her to be happy in life". And then I heard quite a bit of moving and shuffling then it stopped, and it was quiet for a while.

I was really comfy and was confused about why until I remembered how I slept.

Cuddled into Tobin.

I think it's time to wake up fully now, I've been asleep for long enough.

Tobin's POV:

I'm still looking at the form but not starting at it any more. I'm now reading through it until I feel Makayla move slightly. I pass Rachel the binder, so Makayla doesn't see it and panic her which I don't want as I want to talk to her about it first. I start stroking her arm, so she knows she's safe.

A couple of seconds later, she opens eyes and looks around the room before moving out of my arms then looking at me.

" Hey, you okay?"

She smiles widely at me before responding.

"Yeah I feel better now, and that was probably the best sleep I've ever gotten no offence Rachel". She says still smiling but letting out a chuckle at the end.

Rachel rolls her eyes. " It's okay I think I can live knowing my cuddles are crap".

We all laugh at her choice of words before she stands up.

Makayla panics "I'm sorry Rachel I was only joking".

"Hey it's okay I know you were joking it's just I believe you and Tobin need to talk about something without me". Rachel's says while looking at me.

Makayla's POV:

Once Rachel leaves, and the door shuts behind her. I immediately look at Tobin confused on what Rachel meant.

For the first time, I've known her Tobin looks scared.

"Tobin, what did Rachel mean you have to tell me something?"

She looked down then back at me.

"Um, when Rachel came in while you were asleep, we were talking about how she was shocked when she saw you were sleeping in my arms, and I told her that I really care about you after only just meeting you then she got this binder out". Tobin said while grabbing the so-called binder from the chair beside the bed. "Then she flicked through the pages and stopped on this one". As she was speaking, she was flicking through the pages and stopping on one. "She then showed me the page which when I saw what it entailed I was shocked, but after reading through it I've come to a decision, but I need your thoughts on it as well, as it's your life".

Tobin showed me the page, and I read it.

It was my adoption form.

Gonna start writing chapter 6 tomorrow then I'm going to upload it on the 30th May as that's my birthday and my gift to you is a new chapter.
