"What do you want"?

"Makayla, I just wanted to talk to you to see how you're doing"?

"No, you're a bit too late for that Mallory".

"Makayla look I'm sorry okay..."

"NO YOU DON'T GET TO APOLOGISE. MALLORY YOU LEFT WHEN I WAS BEING ABUSED AND RAPED. HOW DO YOU THINK IT FELT WHEN I WAS RESCUED AND YOU WEREN'T THERE. I HOPED YOU WOULD BE THERE. I WANTED TO WALK OUT THE DOOR ALIVE AND SEE YOU THERE WAITING. I WANTED TO RUN INTO YOUR ARMS AND KNOW I WAS SAFE IN YOUR ARMS.

BUT YOU WEREN'T THERE. I WAS TOLD YOU LEFT FOR SOMEONE WHO TREATED YOU HORRIBLY. YOU WENT TO HIM BECAUSE HE SAID THAT HE HAD CHANGED BUT GUESS WHAT MALLORY PEOPLE DON'T CHANGE. THE MAN WHO IS SUPPOSED TO BE MY DAD RAPED MY MAMA, AND SHE ENDED UP PREGNANT WITH ME, THEN HE GOES AND RAPES ME AS WELL. MY SO-CALLED DAD RAPED MY MAMA, AND I SO BELIEVE ME WHEN I SAY PEOPLE DON'T CHANGE.

BUT GUESS WHAT MALLORY I'M HAPPY NOW, I HAVE MY MAMA, I HAVE THE TEAM, AND I BET I ALSO HAVE THE PORTLAND TEAM WHEN I MEET THEM, AND I ALSO HAVE ABBY. YOU KNOW ABBY, THE PERSON WHO WAS THERE WHEN I WAS RESCUED, AND DIDN'T LEAVE LIKE YOU DID AND SHES ALSO THE PERSON WHO HAS KEPT ME SAFE AND THE PERSON WHO I LOVE.

SO GOODBYE MALLORY AND NEVER EVER TALK TO ME AGAIN"!

*End Conversation*

I don't know why, but after hanging up, I sat there and cried. Why am I crying over someone who messed with my feelings only to destroy them?

*Knock Knock*

Turning around, I saw Sinc in my doorway.

Shit, I forgot my door is open. That means they heard everything.

"Hey, Mk".

"Hey Sinc, I guess you heard all that".

"Yeah, your Mama and I both heard it so I figured I'd come up to talk to you before Mama bear downstairs goes and gets on a flight to do some killing".

I chuckled at how true that statement was. "Don't forget, Sharky would go as well".

"Sharky"? Sinc questioned.

"Oh yes sorry, that's my nickname for Ash as she calls me Fishy".

"Ahhh".

Sinc moved and laid on my bed, patting the space next to her. I walked and laid on the bed next to Sinc, and she wrapped her arms around me.

"Do you want to talk about it"?

"I just can't believe I believed that she actually liked me like that, but it was all a lie".

"Mk she probably does like you but chose to get back with her ex. She must have thought it was the better choice. She got to be with someone and not have to compete with someone else like she did with you as she had to compete with Abby for you".

"Yeah I guess you're right Sinc, but It still doesn' change the fact that I'm angry and don't want to talk to her".

"That's completely fine to be angry as she still hurt you". Sinc smiled and stood up "You coming downstairs? We're going to order food, and you haven't explored downstairs yet". I nodded and got up, joining Sinc walking downstairs with her.

Mama was walking back and forth in the room at the bottom of the stairs. As soon as she heard us, she stopped and opened her arms, letting me run straight into them.

"I'm going to kill her", I laughed into my Mama's chest "No, it's not worth it Mama I need you here and not in jail".

Mama and Sinc both laughed "Hmm I guess you're right, anyway go have a look at the menu on the kitchen counter and write down what you want there should be a notepad and pen for you to write your order down and Sinc's going to order it".

"Okay, thank you".

When I walked into the kitchen, I had a quick look around getting used to it. Spotting the menu and the notepad I looked through the menu and wrote down my order which I chose to have a chicken and caesar salad wrap along with some fries and I also ordered a strawberry and banana smoothie.

I decided to explore the kitchen fully by looking in all the cupboards and drawers etc. so I know where everything is. Then I explored the rest of the downstairs and outside of the house finishing with the garden.

*About 30 minutes later*

"MK"!

"YEAH, MAMA"!

"Where are you"? Mama's voice got closer as I saw her coming closer to me. "What are you doing"?

Mama asked me this as I'm currently laid in the middle of the garden pitch, staring up at the sky where Mama joined me.

"Just thinking about everything. Figured this could help clear my head ". (AN: This actually helps. I found that out when I left the house, and I went to a field near me and laid on the grass and just watched the clouds and it calmed me down and helped me think everything out.)

Mama smiled at me "Okay, I'll leave you to it and when you're ready to come back in you're food will be in the microwave for you".

"Okay, thank you, Mama". "No problem Princess" She kissed my forehead and left to go back in the house. At the same time, I was left to the thoughts circling my head and trying to sort them from reality and dreams/nightmares of my past.
