Makayla's POV:

"The results are that..." I can't believe he's stalling like it's the X Factor Final.

Hurry up man.

"You are mother and daughter. Congratulations".

OH MY GOD.

I have a mum that I am actually related to.

The team are all shouting congratulating us where I'm with my Mum in her arms with us both crying. Dr. Mullins walked towards us, so I got off of Mum, and he handed us an envelope. Mum opened it, and it was the results written as well as the medical description showing us a list of what we both have.

"Thank you Dr.Mullins," Mum said while shaking his hand and I did the same. "No problem I'm just glad we helped you to become a family".

We made our way back to the hotel where Cheney said they have the day off since they had the match yesterday, so the players who played had to have recovery then they were free for the day, and since Mum and Christen both played they had to have recovery, so I had to find someone to be with to entertain myself.

"Hey Mini Tobs," a voice behind me said. I turned around to find Ash "Really Ash Mini Tobs"? She chuckled "Yeah and it's stuck now no changing" she wrapped her arm around me "You okay"?. I nodded "Yeah just bored since Mum and Christen are doing recovery". Weirdly Ash smirked "Yeah I'm bored too since Ali's got recovery. Ooh, quick question do you board"? I was shocked, does Ashlyn Board too? "Yeah, I love it. I have two boards in the room I go everywhere on them".

We talked a bit about our plan then 5 minutes later we were back in the lobby I had my galaxy penny board, and Ash had her rainbow one. "Oh Ash I need to message my Mum first" she nodded. "Um, Ash can I borrow your phone please I kinda don't have one". She handed me her phone.

"Okay, Ash, we can go".

"Sweet, let's hit it".

We had been gone for about 20 minutes when we decided to stop to get a drink, so we went into a coffee shop where Ash got a coffee, and I just got a bottle of Pepsi. Ashlyn paid, and we sat a table at the side. 

"Mini Tobs can I ask you something"? I smirked slightly "You just did" she chuckled and shook her head slightly.  "Yeah, what is it"? Sh struggled to ask, but I knew what she was going to say "You want to know why I don't have a phone"? She nodded at me "Um it's kinda simple really I was given one by one of the families that adopted me, but It got broke, and Rachel wanted to get me one, but she didn't have the money, so I haven't had one for a while".

"If you talk to Tobs she'll get you one". I shook my head "No, I can't ask her to do that she's already done too much for me. I don't need anything else".

"Look Little Tobs she's your Mum, and I know Tobs she'd do anything for you plus you'll need one anyway to keep in touch with your favourite Aunt and the rest of the team". I nodded she does have a point. "How'd you know you're my favourite Aunt". She smirked "Well, it's obvious, isn't it? I'm the best". We started laughing then her phone rang "Oh, it's Tobs".

"Hey Tobs what's up".

"Yeah, we're just at a cafe".

"Um about 20 mins away".

"Yeah".

"Ok".

"We'll set off now".

"K, bye".

She then hung up the phone.

"Your mum said we need to head back we're going out shopping with some of the team".

"Okay, that sounds fun. I'll talk to her about the whole phone thing before we go".

We finished our drinks quickly then we left the cafe and set off back to the hotel, and I decided to show off doing some tricks along the way.

We then decided to race the last 5 minutes back which I won.

Me and Ash went our separate ways to our rooms, and when I walked in, Mum was sat on the bed, and Christen was in the bathroom.

"Hey, Mum, can I ask you something". She looked up at me, putting her phone down. "Yeah, sure, what's up"? I sat next to her "Um since I don't have one I was wondering if you could get me a phone. I know it's a lot of money, but I will work for it, and I will look after it, and I'll only use it for messaging and calling you and the team and -". "Woah Mk calm down yes I will buy you a phone, and you don't have to work for it just take care of it, and there are no special rules just don't be on it constantly especially at meals you can be on it just not all the time ". 

I hugged her "Thank you, Mama". "Oh, so I'm Mama now am I"? I laughed "I don't know".

Christen came out of the bathroom "Okay, are we ready to go". Mama and I both nodded, so we started heading down to the lobby. "Who's going anyway" Mama looked at me "Well there's us three, Krashlyn and then there's also Carli and Alex". We arrived at the lobby where the seven players were waiting.
