Makayla's POV:

As soon as we walked through the double doors of the meeting room, Tobin looked at me, making me burst into tears. She immediately stood up, so I ran to her and jumped into her outstretched arms which wrapped around me while we both cried.

"I'm so sorry, Mum, I was just scared, so I panicked and ran." She was stroking my back while we cried even more. "Hey, it's okay you're safe as long as you're safe it's okay you're here now and did you just call me mum"? I didn't even realise what I had said it just came out. "Um yeah is that okay I'm sorry if it's not I didn't mean to it just slipped out". She moved and sat down on a chair with me sitting on her lap with my legs still wrapped around her, and she looked me in the eyes. "Hey, you can call me whatever you feel comfortable with, and I'd still be happy if you never called me Mum". I cuddled back into her, not wanting to leave.

"I don't want to interrupt this cute moment but can you explain like everything cause we're a bit confused," The voice of Ashlyn Harris said. Tobin looked at me "Do you want me to tell it to them". "You tell your parts, and I'll tell them mine with maybe some of your help". She nodded and began to tell the team what she had said to me on the roof.

1 Hour Earlier:   

Tobin and I are sat on the roof of the hotel on a bench, and I'm scared about what she has to tell me.

"Okay, so there's no easy way to say this, so I'm just going to say it but wait till the end of the story before you do or say anything okay"? I nodded my head.

*Trigger warning*

"Right so it began when I was 15 I was at school and my so-called friends at the time managed to convince me to go to this party, and when we were there they also managed to get me to drink, so I ended up drinking a lot, and I got drunk. I don't remember a lot, but I do know that someone had spiked my drink as I was in and out of consciousness, and I eventually passed out. I remember waking up seeing a guy raping me, and I tried pushing him off, but I was only 15, and he was at least 18, so I wasn't strong enough, and he punched me knocking me out. I woke up in an alley with my clothes ripped, and I walked home where my parents and sisters were awake worried and when they saw me they called the police, and the guy was found and arrested. 

*Trigger ended*

My parents took me to the hospital where I had a test and found out I was pregnant, but I didn't want to get rid of the baby, and my family supported my decision. I continued going to school, but then they found out, and I was bullied and called a slag, so I left and did online school instead. Nine months later, I gave birth to two beautiful twin girls at 16 years old, but the doctors took them away, saying there was something wrong with them, but they wouldn't tell us what. A nurse came in saying they were struggling to breathe, but they were now perfectly fine, and she asked If I wanted to see them, which I did. The nurse left then we heard a lot of shouting and arguing then 5 minutes later a doctor came into the room saying that two babies had been stolen and that they were mine. My family and I broke down, and the police searched for three years trying to find them but closed the case saying they could be dead.

In the three years, my health was terrible as I wasn't eating or sleeping and I was keeping myself locked in my room most of the day until my parents told me to get better for them and to work harder for them and to achieve my dream of becoming a pro footballer for them. I knew that they were alive somewhere and I would find them so I worked harder and got a call up to the national team and I haven't drunk since that night".

I can't believe what Tobin has been through, but why Is she telling me this.

"Mk I think, no I know you are my daughter I can feel it and you also look like exactly like me. We can do a test to make sure, but I am positive you are my daughter".

Present Time:

"Then when Tobin told me that I panicked and ran and ended up at the river when Ash and Ali found me and helped me calm down and come back".

We then told the team everything that had happened yesterday before the adoption and after the adoption, and by the end, everyone was shocked.

We spent about half an hour with the team having fun and laughing when Tobin looked at me"Do you want to find out for sure". I knew she was my mum but as I could feel it, but I also wanted to be sure. "I want to actually be told by a professional and have the papers saying it so would it be okay to go"? She nodded "Yeah, I'd like to see it too".

1 hour later:

We were now in the hospital waiting room waiting for the results we had both had blood drawn and asked them just to tell us if we were mother and daughter. I don't care about knowing who my Dad is he doesn't even get to be called my Dad as he's a monster and an alien and he is just a sperm donor to me.

Suddenly the doctor appeared "Tobin and Makayla" we stood up "We have your results. Do you want me to tell you them here or in a room"? We both looked at each other and nodded. "Here please".

The team all stood up as well waiting to hear what the results are.

"The results are that..."
