Months passed, your father found new love, they became couples, he was always sending you pictures and videos of him and his new girlfriend. You didn't like that woman, she definitely wasn't perfect as your mother. After school graduation you decided to continue studying in Korea, your father invited you there and you accepted. First your mother was against it, but then you found perfect university in Seoul and you could live with your father. You changed your mother's mind, she knew you would be safe with your father. Finally you arrived in Seoul, your father met you at the airport and headed towards your future house, he bought so many food, you were really impressed by Korean food and desserts. you thought you were in another world. It was first day in your university, after classes you wanted to go in the library and read new books. You found your favorite book and you decided to take it but suddenly someone touched that book too.

Y/n's POV :

??? - Oh sorry I didn't know you wanted this too

Me - Nah it's ok, I've read that book 4 times and you can take it - you smiled at him-

??? - Really? It's my favorite too. So are you studying here? -you nodded- me too, I'm in the second year and you?

Me - 1st, I moved in Korea 1 month ago and I decided to study here.

??? - Great decision, btw I'm San, Choi San

Me - I'm Park Y/n, nice to meet you.

San - I've never seen beautiful girl like you in this university, you have different beauty, I don't know how to explain it -you both chuckle-

Me - Tysm, well I'm half Korean and half American.

San - Ohhh wow, I've got to go now I'm late for work in coffee shop, I'm barista,  I don't wanna be late, hope we'll see each other again -he winked at you and left-

You spent 2hrs in the library, you finished your homework and reading, you were tried and sleepy so decided to drink coffee, you couldn't imagine one day without it because only coffee could fill you with energy. you left the building and then you saw little coffee shop near your university and headed inside, you were ready to order when you saw familiar face.

San - Oh we met again hehe.

Me - Maybe it was our destiny -he chuckled- I didn't know that you worked here.

San - It's my part-time job, so what would you like to take?

Me - Ice Americano.

San - Wow that's my favorite too, guess we have same taste.

Me - Great, can I pay with card?

San - No, because I'll treat you -he gave you the sweetest smile-

Me - No , you don't need too.

San - Shhh just take your coffee, another costumers are waiting, you can pay back in another time hehe.

Me - Tysm San -you smiled at him back-

You sat down at the table and texting your mum, you had feeling that someone was watching you, you looked around and noticed San was staring at you, when your eyes met each other San looked down in embarrassment, you blushed.

Me - Cutie...

Time skipped. You said goodbye to him and were ready to leave the café when San grabbed your wrist and stopped you.

San - Hey can we exchange number? I think you don't have friends in university yet and I want to be your friend, If you want too.

Me - Sure, I would love too. -you exchanged your number-

You came back home, your father and future step-mum was watching TV so you went to your bedroom, you turned on the TV and started watching k-drama, you weren't emotional but every drama could make you cry. New notification on the phone distracted your attention. But you didn't check. You thought it was from your mum, but in NY time she must be sleeping, you checked and it was from San. You smiled immediately as you opened message and texted him back.

You met San in university after classes, he invited you in his favorite restaurant . He ordered Korean food and soon the table was full of foods.

Me - Omg I don't think I can eat that much...

San - Don't worry I'll help you -he gave you a bright smile as always-

Me - You have the most beautiful smile I've ever seen.

San - Ohh thanks for the compliment.

Me - It wasn't a compliment, it's true, you're so pure and sweet. I don't trust people so easily, I have trust issues, I don't know why but I have a feeling that I should trust you.

San - I'm very loyal and I'm not doing stupid things, I'm glad you're thinking like that, I can say the same thing about you Y/n.

Me - Tell me something about you. If you want I'll start -he nodded- well I was born 

San - Well I was born in Namhae, I was studying there, I was happy and a crazy kid, I have a a little brother, but when he was born my parents were taking care of him more, like I didn't exist...he had all the attention, I wasn't jealous because I love my brother so much. But I was a little stressed because I wanted my parents attention too, then I decided to live with my grandparents in Seoul because they were raising me and took care of me, they still do. Then my father died in a car accident, it was the hardest period of my life, then I lost my mother too. I was living for my grandparents, I was doing everything for them. Then I started studying and working, I want to have my own money and do everything for my grandparents, because they're my friends, my parents, and family. I've never had a girlfriend because I didn't have time for that, my life was very complicated.

Me - Your words teared me up, I'm so sorry for your parents. You're really an a amazing boy San, I know your parents are so proud of you, because I would be. Don't worry, never stop fighting, stay strong, you know your grandparents are lucky to have a grandchild like you. San you deserve everything the best.

San - You showed up when I needed you the most, all my bad thoughts just faded, all I think about is you.

After a long day you walked t gether and you arrived home, you were smiling without any reason, San just made your day brighter. Your father and step-mum Yumin looked at you curiously.

Dad - Honey did something happen? -Your eyes were shining-

Yumin - You're in a good mood. I've never seen you so happy.

Me - I just have new friend, he's best human being, trust me.

Yumin - Hmm just a friend or...?

Me - Yes just a friend, we have the exact same taste and so many things in common.

Yumin - be careful, don't trust boys so easily.

Me - Yumin you aren't my mum and you can't tell me what to do, I know human's psychology very well and I don't trust anyone especially you, I'm always carful.

Dad - Y/N watch your mouth! She's your step-mother -he raised his voice-

Me - Frist of all she isn't my step-mum yet, and second I'm telling the truth and I don't care if you like it or not. I'm not a little kid anymore!

You ran towards your bedroom, jumped on the bed, hugged pillow and turned on a music. You wanted to text San but you just left him 20mins ago and you didn't want to bother him.

You were looking at the photos which you and San took together, he always would make you smile, suddenly you got notification from San.

You blushed like a tomato, your cheeks were burning, how could a human be so lovely and kind? He's the perfect boyfriend material, maybe you already started to fall for him.
