"Do you want to eat ramen with me"
Jaehyun said to Taesan

Taesan was a bit caught off guard by the unexpected question.  He looked at him, his eyes wide in surprise. "What?" he managed to say, his voice a little shaky.

Jaehyun laughs gently, noticing the confusion on Taesan's face and his shaky voice . "I mean actual food, not that type of action."

Taesan's face turns red again as he realizes what Jaehyun is implying. He quickly shakes his head to clear his thoughts and looks away. "Yeah, I got it...actual food," he mumbles.

Jaehyun chuckles softly, finding Taesan's embarrassed expression amusing. "Come on, let's go eat then. I'm hungry."

Taesan silently followed Jaehyun to the kitchen, his mind still racing from the previous exchange. He tried to compose himself as they walked.

Once in the kitchen, he leaned against the counter, his arms crossed over his chest. He tried to maintain his usual aloof expression, but his slightly flushed cheeks betrayed his inner turmoil.

"So, you're really just asking me to have ramen with you?" He asked, his tone trying to sound casual.

Jaehyun chuckles "hm ? Why are you disappointed that its only ramen" Jaehyun smirk and went in front of Taesan

Taesan looked at Jaehyun and tried to ignore the smirk on his face. He rolled his eyes slightly and looked away, "Of course I'm not disappointed. I was just double checking."

He crossed his arms even tighter, trying to maintain his usual cool demeanor. But his eyes flickered back to Jaehyun, who was now standing in front of him.

"Aw damn it here I was thinking I could've done more" Jaehyun said under his breath as
he turn around and continued to make the
ramen for the both of them.

Taesan heard Jaehyun's muttered comment and felt a strange flutter in his chest. His eyes followed Jaehyun as he went back to making ramen for them.

"What do you mean by 'more'," he said, trying to sound nonchalant, but the tinge of curiosity in his voice was evident. He leaned against
the counter again, watching Jaehyun's every
move.

Jaehyun chuckled softly, hearing the curiosity in Taesan's voice. He glanced over his shoulder, a playful glint in his eyes.

"Oh, you know what I mean," Jaehyun retorted, a hint of teasing in his tone. "Making ramen isn't the only thing in this kitchen."

He poured the boiling water into the ramyeon cups, the steam wafting towards Taesan's face. He stirred the noodles, keeping his back turned to the boy behind him.

Taesan felt his face heat up even more as Jaehyun's words sunk in. His fingers dug into his arms as he held them tightly across his chest. He couldn't believe Jaehyun was implying what he thought he was implying.

He looked away, trying to act unbothered, but his heart was beating faster. "Oh, really?" he managed to say, his voice slightly shaky. "And what else is in the kitchen, hm?"

"And the ramen is done" Jaehyun said avoiding Taesan question

Taesan felt a pang of disappointment at Jaehyun's obvious dodging of his question. But seeing the ramen being done, he decided to push it aside for now.

He watched silently as Jaehyun grab the golden pot with the ramen in it to the table. The warm, savory scent of the ramyeon filled the air, making his stomach grumble even though he was still feeling a mixture of annoyance and curiosity.

He took one of the bowls that Jaehyun handed him, mumbling a quiet 'thanks' as he grabbed some chopsticks.

Taesan stirred the noodles in his bowl, taking a moment to gather his thoughts before speaking up."You didn't answer my question," he said, his voice low but steady. His gaze flickering up to meet Jaehyun's eyes for a brief moment before looking back down at the bowl.
