For the rest of the day I found myself thinking about everything that had just happened today. First, I find out my Uncle is actually my Dad and then find out that my dream boyfriend has already got a snotty blonde as a girlfriend. I've had some pretty bad days but this is definitely the worst day ever! At least it can only get better. After a while of hiding from everyone I started to feel hungry so I quietly snuck inside to get something to eat and of course I ran into Gorgie. Literally, I ran into her. "Ow!" She yells. "Sorry," I say sympathetically. We at each other for a while not knowing what to say until I finally spoke. "Did you know," I ask. "No I didn't so it came as a shock to me too. Do you want to talk about it?" She says. "Not really, but I do have a question now seeing we are sisters." I say. I ran to my room and as soon as Gorgie was in I slammed the door shut. "So, today after breakfast after I ran out I went to the stables and then I heard a nose coming from outside so I looked out the window and there a boy riding Solo Night so we start talking and he is like really cute and handsome and everything so..." I did not get to finish because Gorgie interrupted me. "Wait! You mean your in love with Thomas." She squeals. "Well, yeah..." I try talking but Gorgie once again interrupted me. "You know he already has a girlfriend. Her name is Megan and she is a really girly girl. I go to the same school, thank goodness she's a year older then me and I not in her class." She said. "Yeah well I found that out earlier." I say. "What do you mean?" Gorgie asked confused. "Well Thomas let me help him untack Solo and he taught me how to groom him as well. But then Megan walked in and got up me for being with 'her man' which I found funny." I say. "OMG! I wish I could hang around with him like that." She says. "Did he say anything to you?" She asked. "Well after Megan left he said sorry and that it was nice spending time with me but other that, that pretty much all that happened," I say happily.

By the time it was dinner we all sat at the table in an awkward silence until Aunt Amy started yelling at Uncle Phil. "Oh come on Phil! I know it's hard to except what happened today but you can't just not speak." Even after this he still didn't speak. "I give up. When you are ready to talk then talk but don't go asking me for anything now will you." She says.
The rest of the evening was spent is silence apart from the animals outside.
After being dismissed from the table Gorgie and I went back to our rooms so we could get ready for bed. I was just about to step back into my room after my shower when I was nearly trampled over by a pretty black and white dog. I had seen him earlier today but did not really meet him probably. "Mate! Get out of the house!" I hear Uncle Phil yelling out along the hallway but instead of listening Mate jumped onto my bed and started to go to sleep.
"It's ok, he can sleep here if he wants." I say. My uncle walks into my room and sits on the end of the bed. "I know it must be hard for you to accept why I left you but I wanted to keep you but you reminded me of your mother so much I just needed a little time to myself. During that time I meat Amy. We got married two years later and then had Gorgie. I continued training my event horses to sell. I always kept my mighty Stallion Solo Pride and then his son Solo Night. I was always going to get you back but it took longer then I expected so I have a question for you. You don't have to but if you want, I would love for you to live here with us. You would go to boarding school that is three hours away with Gorgie. I will give you time to think about." He says. Then gets up to leave the room but before he gets up I say, "yes, I would love to stay here."
"Are you sure? You didn't take to much time to think about it." He says.
"Yes I'm sure." I say.
"Ok then, we will talk more about it tomorrow. Goodnight Stacey." He says as he walks back over to me and gives me a hug. Soon after that I fell asleep thinking about Thomas.
